Mouse support for the map editor is still going to be a pretty huge undertaking. I think all this other mouse work I have been doing is just to push that off ;)

Picking tags with the mouse

If you have been playing around with mouse support in custom in the ohrrpgce dwimmercrafty release, you probably noticed that it does not work everywhere yet. I am working on getting that fixed for etheldreme. Tomorrow's nightly build will have full mouse support for picking tags https://i.imgur.com...

Oh, yeah, you are right. "suspend player" is going to need to imply "cancel hero walk" for compatibility with many existing scripts. You are totally right.

If I remember correctly, the stuck key bug on Linux with native keyboard enabled that prompted us to disable it there by default only happened after some focus changing-- switching from the ohr window to other windows, and back again. Perhaps this windows bug could be something similar?

I don't know what the regular mouse behavior does or is supposed to do during suspend/resume player, but when you're using mouse commands in a while loop and you suspend the player, the hero continues to move to his destination until he reaches it. Oh, I understand why that happens. Yeah, I feel th...

The callipygous deb file was 32 bit, but the dwimmercrafty deb is 64 bit. I wonder if Ubuntu software center refuses to upgrade to a package of a different architecture?

I did not know that about ANDALSO / ORELSE ! Never heard of it until now. Perhaps this is why some of my scripts did not work? Why is this not mentioned in the plotscripting dictionary? We were talking about Freebasic What you want is && and || which have been available in plotscripts for a...

Thanks, that's much better! Then I guess my only request would be to be able to set different zoom values for the map editor and text screens, I like being zoomed out for the map editor but not for text boxes/menus. I'll just flip back and forth for now. zoom 1x in the map editor is pretty beautifu...

Great stuff! And sorry to request something new already, but if there a way text size could increase when the window's resized in the editor? The default view is too small for me, I previously expanded the window just to make text easier to see. The new window resize option is amazingly helpful for...

There have been a lot of great suggestions.

I think my overall favorite is "etheldreme" because I like the way it sounds and because it is so dang obscure without autocorrecting to anything when you google it.

What is your favorite, tmc?
