Dang! Fufluns is awesome! It's gonna take some good suggestions to top that one!

I'm not so sure about Frogamagog, but I really like Gogmagog (and variant spellings) as candidates for the g* release name (which should be 3-ish months after f* releases)

Oh, also! Your method for looping through all the NPCs on the map is okay, and will work fine, but here is an even better method that will loop through all NPCs on the map even if we add support for more than 300 NPC instances at some point in the future script, moveNPCs, begin variable&#40;npc&...

You could certainly use the NPC's "Script argument" value for this. Normally, the script argument is passed to the the NPC's activation "Run Script" but as long as you are not using that, you can make use of the data in your own way. script, moveNPCs, begin variable&#40;npc&a...

We should hide an Easter egg in some random menu and give a prize to the first person who finds it ;)

Let's talk about a stable release: etheldreme

tmc and I plan to release the next stable release, etheldreme by the end of this month. Could this be our first-ever on-time undelayed stable release? Your help might make the difference! * <s>I will announce a release candidate here soon. Maybe next week? Be ready to help by testing games with it.<...

How did C.Kane do on Amazon, and what settings did you choose for FireTV support? I have been playing Walthros on the Firestick (the kids enjoy watching it) I expecting I would be able to find ways to improve the support for the control-scheme on the remote, but it actually seems pretty fantastic al...

There is not currently a way to override the current randomization of the ready-meters, but there totally should be!

Thank you for mentioning that.

Most of my games I have given away for free. The few I have sold have been $0.99 but nobody really buys them. I don't know when I will next try to sell a game, but now I think I like the idea of pricing higher, like maybe $5 to $7. That wouldn't stop me from giving friends free copies when I want to...

You don't want to reparent the hero.

If the hero's position x position is smaller than 0 then you add the map width in pixels. If the hero x is greater than the map width in pixels, then you subtract the map width in pixels.

Same for y

You might consider just renaming the difficulty levels. Instead of calling them Easy/Normal/Hard call them Normal/Hard/Nightmare with no other adjustments ;)

Now I remember the hidden area! <img src="https://i.imgur.com/cK8qdyH.gif"> I think I removed that around the same time I added the "Cheat Shop" And the messed up global text strings really make me giggle. I guess I filled up the STT lump with a lot of speculative unimplemented s...

I would say those screenshots take me back-- except that was so long ago I seem to remember nothing about that first demo. Gisli joining early? Yugo's shop with a different layout? I gotta replay this, because I don't remember any of that! :) It is amazing that I have spent more than half my life wo...

So far I have had time to play up to getting Dusto Bunny, and beating the Abyss Master. I am playing on "Normal" and it feels very challenging. The balance feels good so far, although if you can accomplish similar balance with shorter battles, I think it would be beneficial. The battles fe...
