Oh, nice!

So after the battle ended Ehaism was at 16 HP instead of 4 HP, and now that he rests with a successful heal check, he gains 10 more, so he is at 26 now.

Ehaism! Ehaism!
He is the only one with non-full HP right now, isn't he?

Or do others have unfilled HP because of the level-up?

Ehaism rides on top of the wagon and naps whenever he can get away with it. (As difficult as napping may be considering the rough terrain the wagon is now rolling over) Ehaism feels terrible, and wants his wounds to heal as much as possible before they encounter another horrible-monster-that-will-ki...

The party continues talking as they once again head toward the dragon hoard. Night comes and they settle in for the night. I am surprised that the random naked elf didn't turn out to be some kind of horrible shape-shifting monster. I was actually kinda looking forward to the part where she reverted...

Re: Ubuntu Apps/Games, anybody?

I just installed Ubuntu, and wanted to know if anybody'd like to share some cool apps or games. :) Here are a few of my favorites. In the package manager: * Battle for Wesnoth * Beneath a Steel Sky * Hedgewars * Lbreakout2 * Mahjongg (I think this one might be installed by default?) * Zsnes emulato...

Ehaism decides to ignore the strangely silent elf that Gregor is drooling over. Vire seem alert right now. He can deal with any problems. Ehaism climbs up on the back of the wagon to sit down and rest while he eats and drinks. He is very tired. His blistered skin and charred scales are all full of s...

Ehaism picks up Gregor and shakes him a little. Gregor has clearly forgotten his place. You have not been the leader of this expedition since the fire . You have been the emergency rations. The wagon doesn't mean you are in charge again, it means you have been promoted from emergency rations to back...

Oh, man. Dwarf fortress. I totally shouldn't; because it is the kind of game that sucks me in and then I don't get anything else done for weeks. But maybe just one year of play will be okay? (maybe if I only drink socially says the alcoholic) I have version 0.31.12 with an alternate tileset patched ...

Also, what did you guys think about the tutorial? Was it too long? I've thought about setting it up so the first few levels you learn how everything works while playing instead of having to read about it. I'm not sure whether I should do that or not though. If the tutorial seems fine as is, I'll pr...
