james, you were right. the first use shows a value of -10. the second shows it at 0. Two questions. Do you have any "destroy NPC" commands anywhere in any of your scripts? Second, is this vehicle NPC be disabled with a tag check? If so, which tag, and in what situations does the tag get t...

We already killed the parent! What would any hatchlings need with BOTH a mommy and a daddy? Ehaism's Daddy was gone long before he ever hatched. Vire's line of reasoning is a crazy as his new hat. Ehaism surreptitiously glances into his own ragged pouch, trying to compare the number of coins he is ...

I am confident that this has absolutely nothing to do with needing any kind of wait command. Wait commands are important for some things, but this isn't one of them. Here is how I would debug this problem plotscript, flight activate, begin variable(ref) if (checktag(18)) then( # If this shows a nega...

Yea, you get to choose whenever. It's sometimes really good, but other times bad. It wouldn't have been very good against the dragon since you were only hitting his AC by a small margin, so the loss of attack rating would have been bad. But then again, most things don't have dragon natural armor. S...

Decided to go with Power Attack and Improved Bull Rush. I am not clear enough on the math to know if trading -attack for +damage is really worth it or not... but Power Attack seems to be a prerequisite for several things I want, so i am going for it. (I assume I still retain the ability to not power...

Ehaism stirs the gold with his sword.
Ehaism wrote:Is this a lot? I can't tell if this is a lot
being illiterate, Ehaism is also not very good at counting... but it really doesn't look like a lot to him.

The first script isn't working because touch npc activation isn't triggered by "set npc position", it will happen only on the next turn when either the NPC or the hero moves. There is a much easier way to write this script (also, I suggest using parenthesis instead of begin and end . They ...

Oh, cool! The blind fight thing is a class skill. Dragon Totem barbarians gain it instead of fast movement at level 1. So I get to pick two feats? *reads* Power attack + Cleave, sounds nice, and well suited to my weapon... although I don't really understand this text describing Power Attack: "y...

Ehaism sits and looks at the place were Kytana died. He didn't like Kytana very much... but he finds himself upset all the same. he tells himself that this is only because Ehaism himself could have been the one to die. Vire is the old member of the old gang still alive... Ehaism can't decide whether...

Here is another question. Was Ehaism's "Bluff" skill relevant in convincing the dragon that it should just eat the ox and not us? (before Vire wanded him in the face, of course)

Those are appealing too. Especially climb, I think.

EDIT: yeah, I removed the question when I saw you had edit your previous post to already have an answer
