@ncw64: Oh! Yes, I think I remember now. And I probably told you that doing that was part of the Editor Editor plan, so I didn't want to spend the time to implement it in just the hero editor only to replace it later with the editor editor (which is probably a terrible excuse for not doing it, but i...

asked multiple times about it last year, but it seems my bugfix (or game, even though it was even made fun of by barnabus!) never made it onto the list for some reason :( i appealed this multiple times, and I understand if it's too late to get it looked at, but I don't really understand how nobody ...

I do plan to submit an update to Wandering Hamster to the "Rereleased Games" category. Here is how the bugfix/feature request prizes work: * You don't have to win the contest, you just have to enter an eligible game into the contest within the time limits * You can request any OHRRPGCE eng...

I haven't played yet, but the visual style of King Arthur's Gold reminds me pleasantly of that old SNES game, "King Arthur's World". I would not be surprised if it is a source of inspiration.

I hardly ever test music backends, so somebody might correct me if I am wrong: music_sdl - suffers from the midi loop crash, but is stable otherwise music_native - doesn't crash on midi loops but has some other midi bugs (stuck notes, some songs slow) music_native2 - doesn't crash on midi loops, but...

Yes, I agree! We totally need transmogrify-on-death, and on-death counterattacks. Thank you for reminding me.

I have to do more battle system cleanup before it becomes easy to do those things, so I still don't know how long it will take.

OK... Now I'm just going to be silly... Is there an easy way to import 1,814 screens into Custom in one go? These movies can be a bit cumbersome, hehe... Just so you know, that is going to balloon your RPG filesize by 110 mb. There is a good reason why people don't do animation sequences longer tha...

Or you can use a nightly build. We are very close to the next stable release, so as long as you are not using a Mac, the nightlies are pretty much just as stable as the stable release.

My favorite audio editor is Audacity, and it is free and open-source :)

But yes, it would be nice if we could control volume better. That will have to wait for a better sound backend.
