I wouldn't stress too much about how often a story element has already been used. Instead, focus on making your characters interesting. Then instead of being yet another story about ancient evil that has been unleashed and now needs to be locked away, it becomes about the interactions of your charac...

I popped out of a nether portal for a little while. The only new biome I ran across was a tiny one that was just packed with a ridiculous number of multicolor flowers-- it was really quite pretty. I loaded up with armfuls, went back to the nether, and sprinted all the way back to Wallachia to plant ...

'splorin', eh? If you find a savannah, make a portal to it, I love that biome and the acacia trees. (oh, and I need the server address again :zombie: ) The server address is: 72.51.46.98:26065 You can also use: creeper.hamsterrepublic.com:26065 Which is better, because if the address ever has to ch...

New update today! The biggest new thing it seems to add is new biomes and new terrain generation. This means we will have a fresh set of jagged cliffs marking the edges of our currently-explored world. I would rebuild the world map, but the tool I was using to create it (pigmap) was abandoned by its...

So far the highest score I have reached was about 5100 on the neighborhood level. Those top-tier costumes seem so far away... but two days ago my best score was 2600, and 5000 felt far away, so I haven't given up hope yet. One strategy that seems to help is if you are going down a hallway scaring ki...

I feel like it gives a better sense of depth, which is important, but it also makes the map feel disorganized. Maybe I'll make it toggleable and add some animation.
I think it looks pretty cool, but I also second the toggle

I think the easiest way to script your way around NPC and door limitation, is to use 4 or 9 or 16 maps, and write a script to smooth the transition between the edges of the map, so you get the illusion of one big map, without actually being limited to one big map. ...and thanks to the mark/clone too...

Please report any and all bugs you find while playing Slimeomancy. Even if you think it's super small and doesn't matter, or even if it's just a flow thing or something. Anything at all. Thank you. The first time I clicked on "Play" it took me directly to a screen that said "you lose...

Hm...I don't know if AR-PUH-GUH! will be liking that in the end...
The limit is 300 NPC instances on a single map

In a game geared towards all ages, do you think one character that is actually scary is bad? I know it sounds weird with a game called Scare Spree, but for some reason everyone has different opinions on fake blood towards kids. It's the Pig Butcher, so I mean, I wanted his special move to be pretty...

Yeah, maybe commands like "suspend virtual gamepad" and "resume virtual gamepad" I kinda hate the idea of making people micro-manage the virtual gamepad, but I can't think of any other way to do it. But wait, are we talking about two different things, disabling the controls, or ...
