Voulton wrote:...Voulton considers for a minute, but realizes that the end of the story is inconsequential and possibly demoralizing.
I didn't get it until my second read-through of the story, but I laughed out loud when I did :)

Rob had intended to fetch his horse, and ride directly out of town, but Voulton's parting comment about the speed of his horse had gotten him thinking. Rob's horse Stumpy was fast... very fast. He had always been a good horse, but one fateful day about 2 years previously, Rob had met up with a blac...

"So, Gaspard, if I understand the plan correctly, when this graveyard Collosus shows up, Myself, Lynda, and Voulton are supposed to run around like idiots and throw cat-piss bombs at it... while Rachelle here flies up and lops its head off, right? If that is the plan, then I am going to run ho...

I priced out the Awaken spell plus Tongues(permanency) option, and the total price comes out to 9350gp, mostly because of the high XP costs involved. Also the Awaken spell results in an animal with 3d6 INT which is way higher than I need or want for this horse. The spell description also suggests th...

After reading the wiki article, and what you wrote, the message interface sounds much better than anything stream based I really like the look of the example commands right at the bottom of the wiki article start server message(server) add int to message(message, data&#41...

I wrote up a mock-up of what I think it might be like to work with a low-level interface like this script, check if connection was opened okay, socket, begin if(not(socket is connected(socket))) then( show text box(5) # can't co...

How is a low-level network interface with only send/receive going to deal with the fact that we don't have script multitasking yet? The running script causes everything to wait, so does that mean that the whole game pauses while we wait for the server to reply? or will you "send" some data...

Rob had definitely noticed when the two attractive elfy-looking ladies had walked in with the big guy, and he was delighted when Gaspard had called them over, but as soon as they came closer, he saw that they were both much too young for him. He wasn't 100% sure how to judge ages of Elves, but both...

Thanks :)

Now that Rob is in play, we can officially consider Tammytharn to be an NPC now.

She has been a very fun character, and I wish her the best in her new career founding a boarding school for disadvantaged werewolves

"By the slime of the Sun, Gaspard!" Exclaims Rob. "You never know when to quit! Look around you! Look at this place!" Gaspard gestures at the almost empty bar. "The way things are going, you are going to turn Vyones into a another Norte Touraine" Rob only waits a secon...
