I just downloaded the fixed version, and upon starting a new game and checking out my status screen... it seems Herman is immune to what appears to be every type of elemental damage, including a bunch of default-named ones ("Type 8-killer" and so on.) I know the elemental system was compl...

I would argue that with six sets of mule-jaws, some of them can be repurposed as toothy grasping appendages. Have you ever watched a horse eat an apple up close?

"Spiders... What about the Hat?"

Rob puts the Hat of Disguise back into his pack with a sigh of frustrated defeat.

He remains attentive in case Rachelle needs help. He sizes up the tree branches to see if he can safely ride Stumpy under them, or if he will need to dismount.

The fix for the Fat Frog RPG demo is implemented and works. It will be in the next nightly build. As for the full version, I haven't completely given up on a general fix, but the easiest solution was for me to just manually repair the corrupted .map file records for those five maps. This link leads ...

So I have been researching this bug further, and I no longer think it is really corruption. Here is what seems to be going on. Some truly ancient version of custom.exe wrote garbage data into the unused parts of records in the "General Map Data" lump whenever a new map was added. I can't t...

I examined the files that you sent me, and it appears that many of the maps in your copy of fat_frog.rpg are actually corrupted. They are showing up as a script error, because the corruption is putting garbage data (the number 30069) into the script triggers for the corrupted maps. Maps 0-4 seem to ...

Haha! I like that Necrosis Carnex idea. Poor Stumpy is going to need so much horse-therapy after this adventure is over. I was trying to figure out when Rob can use the Lyre of Building again. If I recall correctly, our recent calendar goes something like this 1) Rob played the Lyre to build the lon...

"Well, Rachelle", Rob says, "this is the back road to Moulins. I haven't been here in over 15 years, and all I remember about the place is that the food was decent (if you order the fish) and they like folk music (especially if you sing about fishermen)" Rob prepares to broach w...

I would love to have a clue if we are getting close to figuring out how close we are to the endgame. I think the shifting histories, while interesting, make me frustrated because I don't know if anything I know is still true. Does Rob now have the chest Voulton took from the wagon? Or did Voulton ta...

I want to make all older games work on the current version, but sometime incompatibilities happen, and I don't notice unless someone mentions it.

Thank you for reporting the bug!

I can try to see if I can fix it.

Do you have a save game close to the place where this error happens?

"I hope we see him again." Says Rob after a very long silence.

"Alive." He adds.

Rob doesn't care whether or not they meet any locals, and he won't assume Rachelle cares either unless she speaks up.

Rob's mind reels at the understanding that the history of his homeland is shifting around underneath his very feet. How many of the things that he knows are even real? Has everything he has ever known change, change, and change again, and only now he is realizing it? He suddenly feels a lot more fo...
