"Well-met, Good Thulsa of the Stormeels." says Meleander, glancing upward, following Hyne's eyes to the ceiling. Some of the porcelain plates on on their face slide and angle slightly, making a plausible parody of a friendly grin. "No wires, I assure you" Meleander says, casually...

Catt gives Kamaron a quick hug as he sits down, but then ignores the rest of what he has to say as she strides across the bar to Gorak, the Dwarven Wagersmith, who is sitting in the corner drinking with a couple of his buddies from the Bookies Guild. Having already taken a fair amount of her money i...

I think Broaste's castle is about the 2/3 point of Wandering Hamster.

After that you have Gallopeg Forest, Jormungandling's belly, and the half-finished Kelp Reef

I have been doing some more work on the pathfinding. Now with support for NPC collisions and zone collisions https://i.imgur.com/Gq3pXQ4.gif I also added some limits so that pathfinding doesn't grind to a halt on a giant map. Right now I have the pathing limited to searching 30 tiles away from the N...

The cartography shop is more sturdily built than most of the other booths at the market, and it looks like it could weather a wind that might cause the other merchants pack up and go home. The outside surface is covered in heavy canvas, and decorated with stylized renditions of coastlines and archip...

I was thinking now that I have done this, I could add a feature to set how far apart you want your caterpillar to be. You could override the current 20 pixels with some other value, giving your plotscript more control over how smushed or stretched the party is.

Catt was unable to contain her excitement "I slayed a dragon once!" She proclaims. Catt had never even seen a dragon. "Well, it was a wyvern, actually" she amends, realizing her first lie had perhaps overreached. Catt wouldn't know the difference between a wyrm and a wyvern if it...

The market-square is a large open space right on the edge of the harbor. It is very busy and full of life. Blending in here is even easier than in the rest of the city. To the west are a lot of tall grand buildings that must be temple row. There is a lot of activity and music over there, obviously t...

Kailyn The latch on the cage is closed, and there is no sign of tampering. Smushed underneath the cage, Kailyn finds a fragment of yesterday's Bakak Cabbage leaf, only slightly wilted, as if someone had tucked it under there to hide the fact that it had never been finished. The piece of fur is almo...

Two possible places to get maps are easy enough to find.

"Maps? Try the Guild Library on Temple Row" suggests one shop-keeper.

"Naw, you'll want Meleander's booth at the market-square." says a young fisher-woman. "They are the best cartographer in all of Srappa."

Sure!

I'll say that many of these shops had dressing-rooms

And it isn't that far back to his room, if he prefers that.

After spending 4 gold (spread over 6 different shops) Hyne is able to assemble an outfit that makes him fit in perfectly, looking like a gentleman-about-town in a pirate-filled city. Shopkeepers and other shoppers are gossiping about the latest news. Hyne overhears people talking about the funeral c...
