He needs Short Charge to be worthwhile. He's got good stats, but he's reliant on a horribly weak weapon to power his horribly slow specials.

Then again, I never tried him with an MA build, so I don't know.

After some testing, I can definitely say that my team is weaker than anyone had imagined. I struck Pray Faith off the calc list, but I'm going to keep it the same otherwise.
