The DSi runs Opera. It's a great browser for its light weight, but the DSi doesn't have enough memory to display a lot of image-heavy webpages.

I'm able to reproduce in IE8. IE was completely ignoring the opacity. I've rewritten it in a format that it seems to understand better.
