Reraise should be working now, as well as the Death Sentence and Dead status countdowns. You should also no longer see an empty unit's turn come up. Cross your fingers.

Well, this is embarrassing! When a slow action executed, it popped the last action in the array instead of the action being executed. The game was getting into an infinite loop of Battle Song.

Clicking a unit's icon on the map now causes the infobox to stay on that unit; very handy for smaller monitors or people wanting tooltips on another hero.

Oops! Apparently DEBUG was defined elsewhere. Who knew? That debug dump is just a list of each unit's CT at each clocktick. I think we're converging on bugs generally being fixed, which is great.
