The index card was just to keep the packing tape off the beaver's fur. OOOOOOOOOOhhhh!!!!! Smart! The proper way to enjoy that can of maple syrup is to carry it around in your coat like a flask and add a little bit to each alcoholic beverage you drink this holiday season... You know, like Canadians...

I have very little self control and only lasted a day without opening it.....
In my defense I did make the mistake of putting it right next to my desk during work so I was looking at it all day long.

I realize now that it's likely a beaver, and not a hamster. My 5 year old called it a chipmunk and ran off with it.

What happens if your gnome is trapped with the other gnome or if both gnomes otherwise become trapped simultaneously? The rules currently say "the player who traps the other player's gnome," so a strict reading says that trapping your own gnome is not a loss condition, which I doubt is in...

If the game exists I have not seen it, but it's very possible.
I will add a note that you can't move on top of the other player to the next version.
When I play tested this it was with actual gnome figurines so the idea of stacking them never crossed anyone's mind.
