Unofficial sequel to Hati's Bizarre Adventure, made for the 2022 RGC

When a new threat emerges in the former flower shop, Hati summons the mysterious "Damien" to fight it. However, things are not as they seem, and three new heroes will face down this new threat lurking under the flowershop.

It only happens on the global npcs. The local ones work as intended.

If you leave something using one-time 5 and then go to a different thing and set that to one-time, and it still uses 5 then that is a problem
