Ive been playing Zelda: Breath of the wild lately.
Figured I'd start a thread.
Its basically the best game.
What's keeping you from making YOUR game?
I've only played like an hour but it rules so far.

I've been playing a lot of Fallout Shelter, which has been on phones forever but only recently became accessible to me on Steam. It's great to play a game where you can leave for 12 hours and come back to progress.
What a beautiful place to have a wedding, Spoony! Speaking of distractions, I always imagined you to be much more luxuriously maned. I also never imagined you with glasses! I wouldn't have taken as much crap off of you over the years if I'd known. Seriously, congratulations. You look like you make a great couple.

Good pictures, congrats bro
I finished the main quest and about half of the optional shrines, loved it. I've got very few complaints (hated the few motion control shrines, there's a ton of slow down, and I wish aiming was way more sensitive) and everything important was well done. I'd like to write a full review but I'm really back logged on writing.

Cool; Congratulations!
(And finally a face to the name!)
As for this Zelda game, the freeform gameplay sounds like decades of hype actually delivered on for once. I wonder if there will be a Wobbler review?

The bald thing is also semi new too, though I've kept it really short for quite a while now.
Oh and yes, thank you for all the congrats.
We also went to Disney world after.
Hello distractions thread, just want to say that this year's been crazy good for video games and super bad for me getting projects done on time, but it's all good and worth it.
Zelda ruled, Resident Evil 7's fantastic outside of a kind of dumb final act, Nier Automata's excellent so far (but not as interesting as the original), Yakuza Zero was perfect. The new Shovel Knight campaign ruled. Games are good. I hear Persona 5's great but I'm terrified of the idea of playing an 80 hour game.

I just finished Zelda last week. My playtime is over 180 hours (might have been a little less when I beat it), but my completion % is just barely like 51 (was like 48 right after beating it). This is the first new single-player game I've played in a while, and I have to claim that it was really something special. No such thing as a perfect game, but this was magical. It's almost like I've wanted this out of a Zelda game without realizing it ever since the original NES game. Maybe it's fitting that this is the first game since Zelda 1 where my dad got some enjoyment out of watching me play, and first ever for my mom to the point where she specifically asked if I could drive up to her place to beat the game instead of beating it at home.
My dad's favorite thing - probably the physics engine in general, but specifically there was a great moment where I tried to use a wobbly magnet to move a stack of metal crates all at once and it didn't go so well.
My mom's favorite thing - Link shivering when he's cold.
My favorite thing - Could go on for hours, but picking a single moment, I'd choose looking for and finding my first photo-memory (I mean finding it; I don't remember what happened in the cutscene, it doesn't matter).
I might make a separate thread at some point when I have more time, where we could allow for some spoilers and questions like "did you see X?" "how did you do Y?" "did you know you could do Z?"
I am Srime

A gigantic percentage of completion rate is tied to finding all 900ish Koroks, which isn't worth doing at all. I believe they're a higher part of the final percentage than doing all of the shrines, which just seems really bizarre.
