"Cece! Glad to see you're alright. Me and Petrol were on the way to the fourth floor, but we heard your voice and came to check on you. Is everything going ok on this floor?" He asks.

On this floor? Cece's jaw drops a little at the thought. She hadn't thought about everyone else in here."'onestly... I only checked thees room. I see a man.. ees face, 'e was 'orrified, frozen weeth fear! But I geet in 'ere an 'e only a mannekeen."
It sounds so natural when you say it.. it makes perfect sense. A smile of relief crosses her face. " 'ees owner ees a leetle crazy, 'eh? She theenk we 'ere to start fires. I was uhh, not able to conveence 'er otherwise? She ees throweeng theengs out the weendows now. Mostly 'armless, I theenk they say?"
The half-elf beams ear to ear. How perfectly professional! Things only seemed like they were crazy and out of control. Panic.. that's all it was! "I go weeth you now, we 'elp out the others."

Unable to muster any more energy on this green skinned person, who upon further glance does not seem to be a half-orc, Normin decides to depart upstairs to look for the others.

Ebald smiles in relief too "That sounds... Interesting. I'm just glad you're safe and everything's secure. Anyways, if we're going to the 4th floor, the hallway up there is rather rickety and unstable. Be careful and alert." he says.

Caldon & Sharn
With the floorboards squeaking beneath him, Caldon rushes over to the fallen person.
Caldon's quick assessment of her condition leads him to assume that lifting her will not lead to any further injury. He attempts to lift her. He is very strong, so this isn't too hard to get her up into a carry.

CRACK
The floorboards under Caldon and the woman split suddenly, and Sharn watches Caldon and Elsinore vanish through the floor.
Silva screams, and just barely manages to avoid falling into the hole by grabbing ahold of Sharn, but Sharn keeps her footing and does not fall. The floorboards under Sharn's feet are emitting a slow splintering noise, and very gradually tilting in the direction of the hole.
Caldon plummets to third floor hallway below, and Elsinore lands heavily on top of him. Caldon takes 3 bludgeoning damage
Cece & Ebald & Petrol
As the three firefighters turn back towards the central stairway, they hear a very loud crash from the hallways behind them to the west.
Whatever it was, it came from around the corner where they can't see it directly.
The old goblin woman laughs hysterically at the noise, but continues lighting garbage and chucking it out her window.
Normin
The peg-legged man crawls back into his apartment, but Normin has had enough of him.
Normin has to walk carefully to avoid his own Grease-spell outside the door to the stairwell.
Just as he reaches the stairwell door, he hears a loud thump from the ceiling above him.
A little bit of plaster and dust rains down on the magic grease and splattered liqueur.
Arcadia & Evangeline
Arcadia and Evangeline watch as Executioner Gropius turns away from the front entrance, gives one angry glance at the falling stream of burning debris, and follows the red-bearded dwelf around the west side of the building.
The two bucket-filling halfling youths return bearing full buckets.
They look around for empty buckets, and finding none, they look expectantly at Arcadia and Evangeline, as if waiting for instructions.
Kailyn
Piter repositions himself behind the canvas, and continues painting. The consternation that had previously filled his face melts away, and he starts to look happy again. Kailyn can see that he is working with some small dabs of bright color, probably adding in the butterflies.
After a moment, Piter inhales deeply. "I think I can smell it. It is really getting bigger." he remarks, conversationally.

Caldon performs a cursory check for new injuries on the woman before calling up to Sharn. "I'm all right. I'm going to take her to safety. Keep going!" He takes her and continues to the exit.

For half second, Sharn thinks of shoving Silva off of her into the hole. She's not sure the exact reason. Maybe her instinct to survive lead her to attempt to shed this clinger on. Maybe the thought of what could be later found on the corpses of this woman and her sister drove her mind to such a dark place. What truly scared Sharn was that it might have been just for the rush she would get from having done it.
"Come on!" Sharn yells at Silva. "They might be fine, and we can't help them here either way." Sharn quickly but carefully made her way back to the stairs, helping Silva as long as she doesn't become a burden.

Caldon, Cece, Ebald, Petrol
Unphased by the fall, Caldon doesn't miss a beat. He doesn't see any obvious signs of new injuries on the big Tiefling woman (Caldon's own body broke her fall pretty well)
He lifts her again, and hurries down the hall. When he rounds the corner, he sees familiar faces.
From west end of the hall, Cece, Ebald, and Petrol see Caldon suddenly round the corner carrying a large person in slightly singed clothes.
Sharn & Normin
Sharn leads Silva into the west stairwell, and starts down. She can see a trickle of water running down the stairs from the 5th floor, probably a result of whatever her Unseen Servant is doing up there with the magic bucket.
As she heads down, she encounters Normin, on his way up from the second floor.
Evangeline & Arcadia
One of the hobbit youths who brought the buckets picks one up again, looks around uncertainly, and then runs over and pours it on the pile of burning garbage that is accumulating around the fallen mannequin.
EVERYONE
BOOM!
Something explodes in the 5th floor of the building, near the center.
Those inside the building feel a shockwave move through the walls and floors. Not enough to knock them off their feet, but strong.
Those outside in the street can see a big flash of light followed by a fireball directly in the center of the roof.
Previously, flames had only been rising from the left (west) edge of the roof, but after the blast settles, the entire roof appears to be ablaze.
Sharn feels her Unseen Servant spell end, and the Fiend snaps back into her mind, laughing hysterically.
Kailyn
"Oh my!" Exclaims Piter. His brush hangs limply in his fingers, and his eyes stare off at a point over Kailyn's shoulder.

Normin had hesitated to continue entry upon noticing the building beginning to collapse just above him. Then Sharn comes.
He comments, "Oh good, somebody that can tell me what it is like up there- I wouldn't want to step into the 9th floor of hell blind, you know? But can you tell me where Cauldron is? I need an able body to save a stubborn drunk from himself."
