"Security?" Asks Gilgamesh, looking confused and annoyed. "Security for what and from what?"
Ebald
When he gets home, Ebald tries out the spell. Having already seen how the spell failed for Normin, he holds the flower flask close to his face.
He feels a sensation of baleful dryness, and there is a wet pop. Most of the water goes on Ebald's face and shoulders, but some does indeed end up in the flask. It is still less than half full.
Ebald walks back to Marketday and finds an apothecary. The best price he can find for a Common Potion of Healing (2d4+2) is 5 gold.

Ebald has no landlord or rent, but he has monthly property taxes
Ebald walks to the tax collector's office in Old Bakak. He pays his 3 gold property taxes.
Nearby he sees several bank buildings; "First Bank Of Bakak" "Flal-Shom Mutual" "Dead Kings Royal Bank"
Cece
A gnome wearing lime-and-white robes and a tiny copper medallion greets Cece warmly. "We are on our way to see Saint Buster's Shrine in the Odok Barrens, built on the very site where the Saint picked up his very first copper coin."
Another similarly garbed gnome nearby stares at the coppery scales that are peeking out of Cece's collar. "A good omen!" She whispers in awe.
Sharn
Boots looks like he wants to chat more, but when Sharn hurries away he shrugs and re-counts the money she payed him.
Petrol
After dropping off the wheelbarrow, Petrol goes to Judge Sig's office. When the Judge realizes that Petrol is carrying information, he shoes out his shorthandist, and closes the door.
Upon hearing the message, Judge Sig momentarily looks mad, but then says "Oh, wooly sideburns. I know who you mean. He must be moving up in the Climber's Guild."
"What were you doing over there anyway? Did I tell you to go there?" The Judge says this with a scowl, although it sort of seems like he genuinely can't remember whether he sent Petrol there or not.
Kailyn
Kailyn tries to remember if the Poor Quarter has its own Low-Mayor like some of the other districts do. He can't remember. He does recall the name"Spudnick Low" as being an important person in the poor quarter, but definitely not someone he had ever encountered at a party.
Kailyn spots three boys wearing shabby faded school uniforms, one Orc, one Human and one Teifling. School shouldn't be out for another hour at least, so maybe they are truants. They are running and laughing on the sidewalk.
Arcadia
The firestation is mostly bare, but Arcadia finds a clay pitcher in one of the wardrobes.
She tries the Create Water spell. Most of the water splashes on her face and hair, but a little does end up in the pitcher, maybe enough to fill a cup or two. Certainly far short of the 10 gallons it was supposed to make.
Because of her training as a cleric, she senses that the dry angry interference of the Rain God is powerful and mindless, as if the Rain God is enforcing the curse while asleep, trapped in a God's dream. Knowing this doesn't help her circumvent the curse, but it does make her wonder if the curse can be circumvented-- after all, the Magic Bucket seems to escape the Rain God's notice, doesn't it?
Evangeline
Evangeline takes the long way home-- passing by Magdalene's school. From a distance she spots Aviel, sitting in a carriage, presumably waiting to escort her little sister home.
