Assuming no major changes to the situation w/r/t wtf happened to the wand and the plan as discussed in metachat:
Damnit! It worked this way with Jehan too... and where was that distraction from Rob?! Hopefully he's smart enough to realize its too late for that shit now... unless this was a double cross... well, if *I'M* gonna be the distraction, might as well be the best distraction I can be. Harvey puts a tree between himself and the opposition and
uses his teleport stone to return to camp. SOMEBODY'S gotta warn about the meteor and the inquisition.
It's a shame though. Really wanted to finish the wounded one off.. but it won't happen now.
Purple light? That's not right, the wand he gave to the two produces white light. Unless...
Kalar drops, allowing gravity to move him far more quickly than he could move on his own. He focuses on his holy symbol, sending forth a wave of power to burn the very stone beneath the earth, melting it into magma.
Spell Used: Wall of Magma
Can normally create 50 sq. feet and 2 inches thick. Going to make it 1 inch thick, to cover 100 sq. feet. Making a domed wall 50 feet in circumference as shown below:

Rachelle closes her book, stuffs her weapons in her Bag of Holding, and stands up, taking a share of the party gold with her as she does so.
"Sorry Lynda, but I have had enough of this party. Dying once was painful enough; dying a second time, for something that to me feels equally pathetic, is not something I wish to face. Not tonight."
Hopefully before Lynda can react, she sprints off, away from the city. She could handle herself, at least until she got back to that plum-obsessed town... and then?
She'd figure that out when she got there.

Chaos.
It seemed at first the plan was going to work as Harvey saw a glimmer of light coming from Rob's direction. But as he shot, the glimmer quickly moved out of sight, along with Rob. The men had clearly not seen the light, and Harvey was alone. He quickly dashed behind a tree and teleported away.
The two inquisitors slowly began to move in towards where they thought Harvey still was. They were stopped as a wall of magma appeared around them. They didn't notice Kalar as he approached from the sky. Instead, they held hands and teleported away.
Harvey arrived at camp, just in time to see Rachelle run off into the woods.
The sun had completely, yet an orange glow still filled the sky. It seemed to be getting brighter. All through the kingdom, people stopped what they were doing and looked up at the sight.

Harvey doesn't have time for this. He regains his focus and tries to slap Lynda across the face. She needs some focus too. "That's a meteor! Azedarc knew about it..." As Harvey replays Azedarc's words, something sticks out.. "He wasn't worried about the METEOR.. it's the kobold who's going to destroy the whole place! THE KOBOLD!! The inquisition's going to clear out while he smashes the place... it's the perfect opportunity! The heist of the century!"
"Right, short version: Rob's in the woods, he's heading this way. I'm going into town to find that ring." He tosses the belt, pouch and amulet he took from the inquisitor to the girl. "Where's Kalar? If Kalar shows up, give him that stuff. If not, add it to your collection." Thoughts are movin faster than my mouth.. "Hahahaha!" he laughs out loud for once. It's a glorious plan. The most magnificent of plans! "You wanted a big shiny distraction and you got it, Harvey ol' boy! That kobold won't know what hit him!"
"I gotta go now. I think I can do it! I been wrong the last two times, but this time I'm right! No matter what, remember: It's not the meteor he's afraid of: It's the kobold! He's gonna destroy the whole area! Somebody's dead in a basement and the kobold is going to destroy the whole area! He's afraid of us getting the ring, and the kobold is going to destroy the whole area! The Inquisition might be coming this way, so clear out! Rob might be coming this way! I've already said too much!"
Harvey runs off towards the slums, keeping an eye open for any inquisitors who might be looking but not bothering with stealth unless he sees 'em. When he gets to the slum he's going to grab the first peasant he can find and ask a very simple question: "The kobold! Which way to the kobold?!"
EDIT: Important note: If Harvey sees anything even looking like a kobold, that would be of extreme interest to him.
EDIT EDIT: Harvey is also intrigued by basements.

As she crests a hill a bit outside of town, Rachelle stops to catch her breath. The light behind her continues to grow brighter; perhaps it was in her best interest to still stay relatively close by, just in case something truly horrible that she can't easily run away from happens.
She tries to find a place in the woods, close by to the road, that would be well-shielded in the event of anything Beast-related coming at her from the town.

Things slowed down then.
The inquisitors were gone. Kalar and Rob quickly found each other but couldn't find Harvey. The only place they could think of looking would be back at the hill.
Lynda looked around, she was alone with the undead army. The undead seemed restless. The squirmed in the bushes, making terrible sounds. Such a thing would likely draw attention, Lynda thought. Though people were more likely to be scared off than come to investigate.
Harvey made it to the slums and grabbed a shady looking character. "What's a kobold, the man replied to Harvey's question.
Rachelle was meanwhile running when she heard a voice call towards her. "Hey you. I remember you," said the tall man as he match her stride with his magical flight. He put away his spiked chain and asked, "What are you doing here?"
Meanwhile:
Tammytharn and Galse were experiencing a problem. "I don't know, it's like no one here has ever met us before," Galse explained. Tammytharn was worried. She had worked so hard to etch out a place for the werewolf cubs here and now it seemed to have all been undone out of no where. "What happened?"
The creature floated along the riverside carrying it's small friend on it's head. It's many eyes were all focused on the glowing sky. It wanted to know what was causing such a thing to occur. It pushed forward as fast as it's magical floating would carry it. "Not so fast, I just dropped my lunch!" cried it's passenger.
Voulton understood the logic behind not letting him be directly involved in matters involving his old group. Voulton looked at the glowing sky from his room's balcony and wondered what was going on.
Thistlewhistle wandered aimlessly through the forest in a sleeping daze. She was sleep walking, but it seemed even she didn't know where to. She didn't even notice the bears creeping up on her. Then she was gone from the forest and wandering the northern mountains. The cold bit at her barefeet, but she didn't even seem to care as she mindlessly marched forward to no where in particular.
In all the unicorns long life, it had never let anyone ride it before. Here it was though, carrying a tiny passenger while it trotted down the road. It had made more friends in this strange place than it ever had before. It was eager to see who they would meet next.

"Who are you?" asked the guard as he drew his jeweled weapon. "Get out of here with your nonsense!" He began poking in Harvey's general direction with what Harvey judged as a total lack of skill.
Lynda felt something then, like a voice deep inside her. She couldn't hear it very well, but it sounded like an urge to remove the amulet.

"Right, I'm going to try to find Harvey."
With that, Kalar flies off towards the city, staying above it and shrouded in darkness, keeping an eye out for the hunter.
