"Is that so? Well, she's done something similar in the past, perhaps her current ghostly nature caused it to happen in order to allow further healing. If it comes down to it, I can cast a spell that will force her to materialize here, so I would not be overly concerned. At least for now, we need not worry about defending her should more of those things attack."
Kalar attempts to sense if his minions are still "alive" in the dungeon, or if they have been destroyed. He considers heading in with the rest of his minions to attack, but doing so alone might be foolhardy, no matter how resilient he is now to the draining touch of the undead.
Instead, he focuses a spell on himself, strengthening his bones to iron. If more of those bugs appear, he'll be ready. And he'll need to be, as most of the spells he'd prepared for the day were to deal with Lynda's sickness and with Dan.
Spell cast: Iron bones (spell compendium), +6 to natural armor for 80 minutes.

Voulton smiles to the man. "Yeah, I hope so. I'd like that." He makes a note of their proximity to Ximes... that's interesting. Recognizing the urgency of the situation and that he really doesn't have any business around here he heads back... until a mouse starts talking. Rob's gonna have to be warned that whatever Stumpy has is contagious... looking down at the thing it almost seems like he's SMILING, which somehow is even more disconcerting than the speech. But, he seems friendly enough.. "Hello Mouse. I'm Voulton. I'm sure there's something you can do to help, but I have no idea what it would be. I have a friend named Rob who is more used to these kinds of situations, if you travel back with us I'm sure he'll be able to think of something."
Rachelle, as far as she can tell, only has a tiny amount of money left; certainly not enough to buy anything substantial. She scouts around the place, looking for things she could potentially buy on a return trip, and for any books or other sources of knowledge that could help them out. Maybe someone here would know where that special axe was?
Rachelle manages to completely overlook the mouse talking to them.

"I'm staying here," Claire said as Voulton tried to collect everyone back towards Dan. "This place is amazing and if my noble house really is destroyed, there's no where for me to travel back to anyways." Then Claire went back to looking at dresses. She seemed happy.
Rachelle spent some time looking through things but couldn't find a library. Those she questioned about the axe seemed interested but completely clueless to it's existence. The only books she found were for sale at a wizard's stall. They seemed to mostly be spell books.
At that same time, Kalar was trying to feel out the status of his minions that were left behind. He could only still feel the presence of the bloodhulk he brought with him. It seemed to be getting closer. Then, after a few minutes, the presence of the remaining bloodhulk faded away.
Voulton, Rachelle, and a talking mouse made their way back to the dragon. They made a note of the location of this temple. They were told it was about thirty miles east of Ximes. They knew they would want to come back here at some point in the future.

"Rob, I could use some support here. There's a pretty powerful wraith or something that just killed off my minions in there, and chances are, it's coming this way. Might be better to head it off than have it charge us."
Kalar readies his holy symbol and along with the rest of his minions, moves closer to the entrance, waiting for the thing to appear. He does stay to the side of the entrance though, in case it has any sort of projectiles. Kalar reaches into his pack for a Shield of Faith potion, and drinks it down just in case.
As soon as he sees the creature, he'll attempt to bring it under his control. Failing that, he'll blast it with Searing Light.
Current AC: 34
Searing Light: Raged touch attack, 8d6 damage. If particularly vulnerable to sunlight, 8d8 damage.

Voulton, Rachelle, and the mouse found Dan and the dragon. "Where's the girl?" said Dan. After a bit of explaining, Dan and the dragon were brought up to speed about Claire and the mouse. "Well, it's your funeral mouse," Dan said as he began his teleportation spell.
Rob, looked back at the wagon and the place where Lynda had vanished while he followed Kalar. They readied themselves to ambush anything that might exit the temple. Rachelle, Voulton, Dan, and the talking mouse that seemed to have no real name, appeared near the wagon then.
Meanwhile:
Lynda had been watching as Rob and Hrulgin fought the creatures. She wanted to help but the fight had ended before she ever made an effort. She was glad she didn't have to witness something terrible happening to Rob, Kalar, or Hrulgin while she stood by unable to help. As Kalar got back up and began readying himself for battle she thought she might still witness something terrible. That's when Dan and the others appeared.

Voulton looks around and tries to figure out what the hell's going on. Excited by being teleported twice and seeing the new city, he babbles on a bit: "Kalar, Rob, Lynda, we're back! They got a whole city and they practice magic there, seemed pretty safe. Claire liked it, so we traded her in for a talking mouse! I think we can trust 'em with the stuff, and they told us where it is so we can go back any time. Nice place! Nice people! How was your afternoon?"
"Voulton, good to see you. We were attacked by strange bug-like creatures, but it seems Hrulgin and rob made quick work of them. We're possibly under attack by some powerful undead creature from the dungeon though. It looked like some kind of wraith, so I'll take point this time, but I could use backup from everyone. As much as possible, don't let it touch you, it might be able to drain away your strength. I should be immune, but there's a chance it might be physically stronger than I am, or that my magic won't be enough to stop it, so be on your toes."

With the two behind him, and bloodhulks in front of him, Kalar begins moving into the dungeon.
"Fair warning, there's a beholder down there as well, but I don't plan on going deep enough to encounter it. I had hoped for Lynda to be the one to face it, but it seems she's taken this opportunity to go ethereal or something. Perhaps to better heal her wounds, no telling when she'll be back."
