The party finds little of value. Most of the items that are in the room look so old they might turn to dust when touched.
Galse finds
Behind a mirror mounted on the north wall is an iron
safe cemented into the wall.
Kalar looks up from tending Arden's wounds towards where Galse is pointing.
He sees the safe, and while curious, remains cautious about it. Considering there were two undead here, there's no telling what could be in the safe. If someone left them here to guard it, then chances are there's something quite important inside.
Finishing with the bandages, he says to Arden,
"Very well, you were the one to dispatch the undead, so you may have the honor of opening the safe. If it's locked, here, this may help."
Kalar hands Arden one of his flasks of acid.
"Best to get started then, who knows how long it'll take to open."
And with that, Kalar leaves the room, not wanting to bother with the disgusting fumes of acid eating at metal.

Ardan appreciates everything his party members has done for him, which is a nice change from the blinding situation earlier. And they even found the one thing of value in the room: A safe! Maybe it's the answer to his key. If not, at least Kalar gave him something else to open it if all else fails.
"Thanks for all the help!" Ardan says.
Now it's time to investigate the safe. First, Ardan examines it to see if it is locked. If it is, he'll try his only key on it.

Disregarding Galse, Arden smashes his Halberd into the Safe door. After several attacks, clear progress can be seen in the way of damage to the safe door. At the same time, small chips of the halberd are breaking off as well. Arden stops for a moment after a large shard of the halberd breaks off. The safe door will surely fall to his attacks, but his halberd might suffer greatly in the process.
"Whoops, tried to hard. Now the halberd is suffering..." Ardan thought. Best to keep his one weapon safe...
Ardan decides to go wandering again, perhaps searching for things he can use against the safe. He also remembers Silas was headed to the boxing room, and decides to go see whatever became of him.

Kalar is relieved that nothing too horrible happened when Arden tried to hack open the safe and takes a deep breath.
He sticks his head back into the room and says, "Everything all right in there, lads?"
He heads back into the room, and takes a look at Arden's halberd.
"Hmm, I might be able to fix this, but I'd need to prepare a spell. Until then, it should still serve well enough."
He looks around and says, "So, shall we head on out? Or rest for a bit and tend to our wounds here?"

Kalar pokes back into the room after hearing Arden's attacks. His call for rest and repair go unheeded as Arden goes out to seek Silas. However, Arden might be simply asking Silas' opinion on the matter. In any case, Kalar and Galse remain in the bedroom while Arden goes off to see if he can sneak in and grab his sword and shield while Silas is distracting the fancy man.
After watching John-Louis Clover die, Silas backs carefully out of the room and closes the door behind him.
He considers what the man said. It probably isn't useful information. He could have already guessed that this is a magical cursed place. He could have already guessed that probably none of them will get out alive.
He ponders the implications of the mans words, and the way he was killed, and the timing of it all, happening in response to his questions.
Silas takes another look at the restrained man, Yauntor.
"Yauntor, are you in there?" Silas asks.

Silas leaves the boxing room and goes over to tend to Yauntor. Yauntor looks brain dead. Looking closely at his head, Silas sees a bit of strange black ooze on Yauntor's ear. Nothing else about his ear seems abnormal, even as Silas attempts to see inside.
As Silas examines Yauntor, he hears a click from the door to the boxing ring, as if the door locked. He then notices Galse is now gone, but out of the corner of his eye, Silas notices one of the sleeping party members has gotten up. They stand in the middle of the room silently.
It's Linda. An Elvish archer that has been traveling with the party for some time now. She keeps to herself mostly. Whether that's due to her nature or the over abundance of men in the party has been a point of debate in the past. She turns Silas' way and picks up her bow. She aims it at Silas as she draws an arrow form the ground.
