You guys can use this page to report when someone has started and finished working on the file. It would be interesting to report what changes has been made and keep a back up of the last modified version just in case.

Sorry about my lack of posting! I too have been busy with holiday related plans, and crunch-time at work.
I am still interested in helping. I do have Skype: mystic839 and don't mind google/hangouts: mystic83
As for working on an RPG file, I'm not sure the best way to do that. I hope to mostly do stuff with scripts and the slice editor, so it probably doesn't affect me as much, but other than that...

Yay you're back! We have a dropbox folder set up for the rpg file and other stuff, so we have some of that worked out on the Skype chat already. We still haven't done much brainstorming or anything though so you wouldn't come in out of the loop.
