I'll put this behind spoiler tags, since some people are having trouble figuring out what to do in Spy Game.
Your first goal in the game is to steal a key from Mirko's apartment room. If you've talked to everybody, they give you some hints on how you can do so.

I played it and was able to beat it on "day 4" I believe. It took about 20 minutes. Let's just say it's not just about who you disguise as, but also the actions you take, and where you are exploring.
