Increasing attack odds

Something I've wondered for a while, and I must ask, does adding more of a singular move to a foe's move-set make it more likely to use said move?
And refresh me, adding more of the same move to a random-spell list makes it more likely to occur too, correct?

And one more thing, does a foe have both the Alone skill set and In-Danger skill set when alone and at critical HP? Or what would take priority if not?

Yes, indeed it does.

Yes, that is also correct.

The "Alone" AI set takes priority, but only when there are attacks in it... and thank you for asking this question. I had to look at the code to find the answer, and I discovered a bug.

When an enemy is alone, but has no "Alone" attacks, it ignores the "Enemy Weak State" percentage in General Game Data, and always uses 20%. I will fix that.
