Early edit:
It seems this has already been posted on the forums elsewhere! I searched for the link and came across a post by SwampTroll with the link in it. So, we'll push credit to SwampTroll for this. My post is below, including link. SwampTroll's post is here: http://www.slimesalad.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=95953#95953 I'll try to come up with some more resources to post as consolation!

I came across this fun website and thought that it may come in handy, if not already known.
http://sunsite.univie.ac.at/Mozart/dice/
It's a nice automation of the Mozart dice game, which composes music from a set of measures at random, based on a table lookup. The site describes it better than I do, so read up and give it a try.
I'm fairly certain this is considered open domain by this point, due to the dates involved for the compositions' roots, but I am not a copyright lawyer and thus as always, research it for yourself before you use it in commercial applications or the like.
Enjoy!
(Also, hello to anyone out there who may remember my obnoxious younger self. Maybe you'll see more of me in the near future.)
I... I still exist... somewhere.
Come join us on irc.esper.net in channel #slimesalad for help, chat, and general fun! We love company.
seems fun enough, though the track it made for me kinda turned out annoying...just like my musical pieces! only a tad more refined, I suppose.
