I just noticed that the "Battle" link at the bottom of arena-confirm.php seems to have disappeared. Mysteeeerious.

I have mysteeeeeeeriously reinserted it.
It is distinctly possible, however, that this portends mysteeeeeerious new changes.

Was the Gavel recently nerfed?
I'm kind of curious as to why Spoonweaver has been using the Victory Sword when the Gavel is better or at least the same in every way.
It doubles your MP, gives +10 MP Regeneration, as well as the +10% Damage.

Maybe because Victory Sword is +15%? Gavel is a nice option for point buy battles where you don't want to spend much on MP, though.
(edit) As an aside, one of my design philosophies regarding items (in the Arena, not in all games generally) is that no item should be strictly better than another. Three-Leaf Clover and Pillowhat are the only exceptions I can think of, they being "beginner" items. Robe of Justice would also near-obsolete some of the other armors if it were publicly available, except that you wouldn't be able to stack the armor effect with Shield.

I notice that you fixed this bug, and that it is now possible to accept a battle from arena-play.php... but now it seems to be impossible to withdraw from a battle that you have already accepted.

Little bug. Omega IX seems to be having trouble targetting a delayed attack in this battle
