I'm bored, and uninspired. I need a task, a quest, a purpose in life! Or at least something to do. So I turn to you, the Slime.

Name a game on the OHR game list. Any one. I'll play it, review it, and hopefully entertain you all.

This place needs more review anyway.

I'm afraid I'm gonna have to bow out of this one. I had made a few notes, mostly whipping myself into a slimegasm over the party creation system and pointing out a handful of curious design choices (some may be contributed to using the .rpg file instead of the .exe.)

But unfortunately, for some reason, the game gave me a splitting headache. It could have been the high contrast, the music, or my crappy headset- I don't have room for speakers- but I never made it as far as the end of the first level.

I did wander into what might be the last level and lost my Hunter to Solomon's Soup (was that the name?) before I hit a single battle tho.

Doom EU?

(It may be kinda dumb to offer my own game, but then again, I've worked hard on it so far. xD)

What does that mean? You think you ran into bugs in the game and/or bugs in the engine? Either way, someone wants to know.

Does that mean you completed multiple areas? I heard it was incompleteable due to bugs.

How's this for a reviewing experience.
AR-PUH-GUH! is nearing playability, I need testers. You could test the game and review it for me. What say you?

I feel bad for never following through on this.

Most of it was design choices (portrait boxes with no portraiture, why a hunter but now bow and arrow, that sorta thing.) but some of it could have been compatibility issues. I remember I ran into it with Pilgrimage, where the .rpg file was rendered pretty unplayable, but the application ran perfectly. I think maybe the .rpg used a different nightly than the .exe. I haven't run across it on any other game that I know of. Probably not the case here, tho.

I say I'll show you mine if you show me yours. Astro's getting close to a demo state now. Deal?

That's not a design choice; Dungeonmen is simply unfinished. Harlock stated portraits will be in an update. Lots of bug fixes too I hope!
