What is this? it looks like a bug. <1>>0 should not compile (although there are plenty of other bugs where things that shouldn't compile do compile anyway, so I am not totally surprised)
I haven't noticed it any other times I've used Avast, but I was using it more frequently in that area. My guess was that somehow his attack was disspelling the jump status or something, but I really have no idea how the OHR battle system works. I'll keep an eye open and see if it happens more.
James, that was the forum corrupting the code, and I didn't notice. It is a check that herobyslot(t) is unequal to -1 before it continues (in other words, makes sure there is actually a hero in the slot).

I can now confirm the avast thing is happening in more than just that one formation, and I think I've figured it out. It happens when something kills the enemy the Avast-ing pirate was going to jump on.
OH, okay, I believe I know how to fix it then. I'll get on that and release a second patch soon (with a few other fixes). Thanks, Giz!

I just started the game up, and so far it's pretty awesome! Right now I'm using Crusader, Pirate, Necromancer, and Bard. It's been a lot of fun- I chose the swamp first. However, I just ran into a weird problem. My crusader is out of charges for his light aura, and resting at the inn will not restore them! I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong, or if it's just a weird bug... thanks!
You can't fix stupidity.
Unless the Crusader happens to have equipped some cursed item, that sounds exactly like the bug that was happening prior to release, but I thought we had gotten it addressed. Do you remember if the Crusader got diseased at any point prior to this happening; specifically with the disease "Cryptlung"? If so, that seems to signify that the bug in question is still happening somehow.

I wanted to take a quick break from playing to tell you how much I'm enjoying this game. I'm about 7 hours in and so far I'm loving it. I'll go into more details later, but great work!
PS: I have had a semi-recurring script error, but I've noticed no problems with hitting ignore. I think it has something to do with a gas trap triggering at the same time a torch is about to runs out, I'll copy the exact message next time I see it

Check your g_debug.txt and g_debug_archive.txt files, you might find it there
I love the graphics / style of this game. The whole presentation is very nice. I can tell a lot of time was spent on presentation alone.
I got a little annoyed at the first dungeon I went to. Got diseased and everyone died... monsters were really hard. Yeah, I will have to give it another try later on.
I mainly just wanted to see the graphics because the screenshots looked awesome! lol
