For everyone who starts making games with the OHRRPGCE, this page is like a blessing, because you don't have to care about making your own graphics. A big thank you to the creator of "Vikings of Midgard" for letting everyone take a look at the difficult scripts and graphics!
Now back to my question: Do I have to make a HTML-page with my graphics on it?
Not to my knowledge. As far as I know, you can upload it to that page by editing the wiki, but then again, I could be mistaken. Perhaps one of the longer-standing members might have a better answer.

Great! Go here: http://rpg.hamsterrepublic.com/ohrrpgce/Special:Upload and upload your sprites as individual images. While the wiki recommends uploading files in PNG format, I think it's fine to use BMP instead, since all graphics except tilesets and backdrops are tiny even in BMP format. Then edit the Free Sprites page to add a link (to the bottom of the 'OHRRPGCE Resources' section) to each of your uploaded sprites. A link can look like
We might reformat that page once we actually have some contributed graphics on the wiki itself.
But if you simply upload your files to the wiki (with descriptions -- please state whether you're providing them as public domain or creative commons) someone else could always spot them on the Recent Changes and add links
