Hey look, shiny things! Here's what you may have missed if you weren't watchin' the twitter the other day.

These guys are not gonna appear until a future version, but these are done for now, though the second set of guys are not completed. There's a good few more sprites to do for them.

Eh, I'll only upload two of one set, and one from the other. As usual, PM me if you want to see more, I'll be happy to share with those interested.

Edit: you didn't miss much, I was just doing more calculations. They're almost done now, so yippie. Well, hero calculations. Next comes enemies, which will be easier to go off of, as they will be based on the strength of the heros, and then I will be doing bestiary pages, which is basically transcribing the creature's stats into a readable form, and then, lastly, I will be setting up the last bit of the side quests what need doing.

Finally, I will be trying to finish up musics where need be. I hope to get this out this month, but things don't always go as planned. In fact, with releases for this game so far, it's almost NEVER as planned. Eh, oh well.

Sunday insanity!
I'll be working on AR-PUH-GUH! all day practically, so therefore head on over https://twitter.com/Meowskivich at random times today to see random updates! I will be doing enemy stats for the first part of today, but I'll be doing bestiary descriptions later, so that'll be fun.
I won't blab about the enemy stats, as that's kinda pointless, but I will tell of enemy descriptions that'll fit in a tweeter twit.

remember, post questions at me all ye want, and I'll answer you! I'll probably refresh the page each half hour or so, so yeah. Well, that's all for now.

I'm likely going to be working on AR-PUH-GUH! a good bit tonight. Question though, would you like me to make a video of gameplay if I get that far tonight? I'm doing calculations for the most part tonight, and I'm going to make what adjustments I need to from last time. I will, however, be testing out my calculations as I make them.

Well, I WAS going to do some work on this today while I waited for class to come around, but someone slapped a new lock on the computer lab disabling anyone from getting in...

However, I will be doing work tomorrow afternoon (most likely), so no worries.

I'm getting antsy for this release, as then I can start upon the next version...

ATTENTION ALL WHO CARE!

I am coming close to getting the test version ready for you folk out there who desire to test the game out. I am actually fixing some thing as of this approximate moment, as I am playing the game through and testing stuff myself before I get this version ready for semi-public play.

In a tester, I desire 4 things:

-Active response
-As thorough a look at things as possible
-Giving of immediate thoughts and feelings on anything
-And a toothbrush, though that's not really required

What I'm basically looking for is for you, if you accept my mission to test this, to get back to me rather quickly on things. I will not accept lazy on this, I expect a response within a week (and that's being generous, in this case. I'd be happy for a response within a few days of acceptance).

This version is a long time due, and I need as many testers as I can get my grubby little hands on.

Remember: Responsible testers will get mentioned in the credits, and the diligent may even have a hero character modeled after them! -The Me

Might as well give you a small update.
I have been recording my testing, and I suppose I'll be throwing a mish-mash of stuff to show some stuff off, but one thing in particular that is shown in the videos is that the enemies are a tad overpowered.
To remedy this annoying mis-calculation, I'm going to make a special calculator to have things easier for me.
Defenses and HP for foes seems about perfect, so that'll be a relief, I suppose.
But yar, that is all.

This is the first boss, for those of you who haven't tried at least the 1.2beta version. I found this humorous and a bit of a surprise after not being on the site for a few days. I always like .gifs, guess I'm a bit of a sucker for them...

Okay, so virtually no work was done in October due to painful issues and lack of desire and time. However, since games for the Ho'tOHR are due this month, I decided I'm going to try to get as much of this done as I can.

However, that may mean I'm going to lack some content that was planned. Most is already added, but here's what I am lacking before release:

- Music
- Bestiary
- New NPC sprites (for the new farm area and hunters guild thing)
- hunt quests (three of them)
- items spheres in the bottom half of the mud heap
- finding the location of this "mystery pear" that somehow gets into peoples inventories

that's all I can remember needing to do.
Now, I WILL be having music in before release, even if it's just boring place-holders (which is likely to be the case, sadly), and the hunt quests are a must, and item spheres are a gimme since the place would be not worth exploring otherwise and it would make some items unobtainable.
But I'm willing to block off the farm for the time being because it's not really a truly meaningful area. It'll just be selling a couple of weapons you can't get elsewhere and there's a dancing monkey button, but I'll have a shop keeper standing outside the farm selling the items instead for this version.
Finding where the mystery pear comes from isn't really a big deal, because this version is the last beta version of the game, as it goes into gamma versions next. Essentially, you can count on whenever I make the game file from the ground up I will progress through the Greek alphabet another letter. That's how I roll. And the bestiary, I want to get out for sure, but if it takes me too long I'll hold off on it, or at least throw up a 1.3.1beta version with it in it, plus bugfixes that may occur.

Testing is appreciated as it helps get things done, but for the love of Bebop and Rocksteady, report back to me your experiences. -Meow V
