Once voting is closed, I will compile the list into a chart similar to the one I did for 2010's contest. Because HamsterSpeak is no more, I'll either publish the results in the new OHR Blog or the contest wiki.
I just wanted to mention that I'd love to host the results of voting and any cool stats you have. Just let me know and I'll have it up right away.
I'd recommend that all authors vote for their own games because it would actually be less fair to other contestants if you abstain. Don't forget, this is a contest of averages, not of ranking. The fewer votes your game gets, the higher your score will likely get.
Reminder: Vikings of Midgard took second place in the contest two years ago because hardly anyone voted for it. A game that racks up five votes and a total of 37 points places higher than a game that racks up ten votes and 37 points.
So, yeah, please vote for your own games, even if you rate it high. Just give it the score you think it deserves.

My bones ache just looking at all those games I need to play.
I'll record my votes here.
Illusions: 5/10
Reasons: I could've done so much more with this game.
Kinvesard: Epilouge of the Princess: 5.5/10
Reason: I love the concept, but the shortness threw me off. The battles are rather difficult at first, depending on how you make your choices. Once a party member dies, they're dead unfortunately due to the lack of healing. The music is superb, for what music there is. There is no story, and there is only one dungeon and one large empty forest.
No More Villains: 7/10
Reasons: I loved this game. It has it all; intriguing story, character depth, amazing art...it made me feel bad that a results game has more character and depth than any of my demos. However, that aside, there were some grievances. It felt more like a movie than an RPG, for starters. The battles were quite difficult for the ones that were there, like the Surlaw battle and the Triangle Man battle. That aside, it was humorous, funny, and sometimes quite sad. The music, I think, was ripped, but I have no grievances, as it added quite a bit to the atmosphere.
Dungeonmen: Men of Dungeons: 7.5/10
Reasons: Once again, something else that puts my game to shame. Dungeonmen was very well constructed. It's artwork is very NES, with the exception of the introduction, which had a very defined style. The game design was cool, with the various dungeons and party choices. The shortcomings, however, would have to be the battles. You're probably gonna find yourself going back and forth to town a lot to heal. This is a pain, considering these dungeons are fair sized. The music was nice, as well. The story was minimal, but it wasn't all too bad. The introduction provides all you need. Oh, and suddenly, naked woman on a stick. I wasn't expecting that gratuitous nudity in the game.
I'll record my votes here.

major combat/item/inn balance issues preventing any progress on one of the three training quests. (Kherber's)
I'm guessing you're trying to fight all (or at least a lot of) the random encounters on Kherber's training quest... that would explain why you're having a hard time there, since you're really not supposed to do that.
You're supposed to be running away from most fights on the trip up through the mountains, especially encounters with multiple enemies (or any Rock Bugs, which Kherber is pretty much helpless against at this point in the game.) Kherber being all worried (compared to the other two being fairly confident) is sort of a hint, and Nummy actually tells you not to be afraid to run away if you end up in a situation you can't handle, if I remember right.
I knew Kherber's quest was definitely the hardest of the three (and it's entirely possible that I made it a bit too hard; I figured it would be okay since I had a friend who'd never played an OHR game in her life manage to get through it on the first try, but she only barely managed it and that was with a few hints, so... yeah, it may need to be toned down slightly.)
I didn't think anyone would actually try to play through it as a "fight everything until you get to the end" dungeon, though... I guess I need to make it more obvious that Kherber really shouldn't be fighting much of anything alone at that point in the game, somehow.

For the record: Based on Nummy's advice, I totally understood that I was supposed to run from the battles. I didn't have any problems with Kherber's quest.

Holy crap, what? This contest moved a lot faster than I expected!
I've more or less been in an internet blackout for several weeks and just got set back up today. The only HotOHR2 games I've gotten a chance to play are AR-PUH-GUH and Super Penguin Chef, neither of which I've finished. I can't submit a complete vote this year. But, in my absence, there seems to have been a lot of activity, which I'm very happy to see. 15 entries is an amazing turnout for this little community, and I congratulate everyone who submitted a game on time, especially the newcomer(s).
So how close are we to having 10 votes? I've been busy, and will be even more busy for the rest of the year, so... err... haven't even started playing games yet. :(
I don't think this is necessarily true, but I guess a likely cause for such a correlation is when the people who don't like the game don't play it (due to length, maybe) and so don't vote on it.

Yeah, January 1st is looking like it'll be pretty hard to get votes in by... I've only managed to play through one of the games so far, not including my own.

I'll have votes for every game (except probably Vikings) before that time, but others seem to need the extra time so maybe we should consider that.
Many of the games are only half an hour (or shorter) so you can get quite a few games out of the way, though. Don't be discouraged by the number of games. However, I'm still working on some of the longer and more replayable ones.

Okay, I actually haven't had a chance to play more than two of them myself yet, so we'll extend the voting period to January 15th. I will close it regardless of voter turnout on that date, so play what you can and start tallying your scores as you go. I'll average whatever is posted or PM'ed to me by that date.
