$400+ RPG Making Competition at 64digits.com

A couple questions:

1. My game has been in production for about 4 years, (although it didn't get that far due to laziness) I spent most of my time on soundtrack, some graphics are finished, and a few intro scenes, one town, and one random encounter area is finished, and the game has never been released yet. Does my game qualify?

2. Is it okay to submit an unfinished demo, or is it preferable/required for the game to have an ending?

I am considering making a game that is essentially Actraiser, but with dungeon crawling instead of action stages. If any of you fine people wants to join me for town-building times, now is the time to do it!
