And where do we submit the "rule" now?
Do we do it here?

If so, I say that the games must have corn, and squids.

Are we supposed to submit rules or are the villains going to be telling us the rules? Either way, great teaser and I'm looking forward to some Terdiculous games.

My understanding of the rules game was that in 1 week Fenrir will be posting another game. This game featuring several rule sets from all the different villians from his game. We then pick one of these rule sets and make a game based off those rules.

I'm guessing they'll be like, make a game about pineapples with 8-bit graphics. Or make a black and white rpg about panthers. Or maybe even make an adult themed game about chairs. Who knows.

Anyways, it seems like we're to just wait for Fenrir to post something a week from now, I don't think he wants us to post rule sets. (But in the unlikely event he does, I submit the ones I posted above as examples)

Amazing. 1 week, can't wait.

This contest is now literally out of my hands, and in the hands of the most evil of the OHR community's villains. There's no telling what they'll come up with, but here's a few hints.......

Billy probably will spend most of his time goofing off and not actually get anything done. That, or we won't actually understand his directions, because he's 6 or whatever. You could probably make something terrible and totally unplayable, and he'd think it was the best thing ever.

Slither's a computer virus manifested in a physical form, so his ruleset will likely revolve around taking another game and significantly altering it to produce a ridiculous result.

Cthulhu likely will have rules that emphasize controls that don't make sense and have the in-game "rules" change in bizarre and unpredictable ways. Think Pharohman's stage in Rockman 4 minus infinity.

Vlad is all about theatrics, so his rules will probably emphasize scenes and storytelling. I'd imagine he'd like to see some sort of movies? Probably about how awesome being Vlad is. And that's pretty silly.

Gahn doesn't have a sense of humor, or at least nothing that I can pick up on. But then again, he strikes me as the sort of fellow who would emphasize ridiculous cooperation with different people trading off working on their part of the game, so something to the tune of Danse Danse Whale might strike his fancy.

Dr Mu will probably try something unusually technical for an OHR game, like building a dating game simulator, or the world's most broken edutainment game. Whatever he comes up with will likely emphasize memorization of obscure facts that don't make any sense. I'd expect him to be a food guy actually, seems like it'd be up his alley.

To friends long gone, and those I've yet to meet - thank you.

My thoughts on the villains rulesets...

Billy: Seems doable. That seems like the traditional contests rules. Although I might be wrong, because this is my first time.

Slither: Sounds like fun. I TAKE YOUR UNHAPPY GAME AND MAKE IT HAPPY.

Cthulu: PRESS X TO GET FREE CANDY. DO IT. DO IT NOW.

Vlad: A dramedy or satire is what I pick from his rules. A game with overdramatic actors overdramatically dramatizing simple situations. That is...*DRAMATIC HEADTURN FOLLOWED BY DRAMATIC SILENCE*...what I think. YEAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!

Gahn: So he wants a game with ridiculous co-operation? Hmm...be Gahn with this!

Dr. Mu: Unusually technical? Dating Sim? Edutainment?! DO NOT WANT.

I have to wonder how many people actually have any idea what this means. I mean, I'm kind of surprised that I do (RM4MI is actually the only Megaman ROM hack I've ever played, not counting the unfinished one I tried to make a decade ago.)
FYS:AHS -- Swapping out some step-on NPCs for zones + each step script
