THIS GAME.
I downloaded it. Earthbound has now been ruined for me. When I think of it, i'll think of the game with Ness...and that THING.

You totally just made my day, Only One In All. It makes me happy to know that you liked my review and found it valuable! I would love to see an updated version of Bloodlust; I think that it's a seriously good game that just needs a little polish and love. If you need any help playtesting, I'd be more than happy to assist!
Sure thing! I don't have much so far. I've already started dialogue trimming (holy shit) and I want to edit the color palette, but Windows7 does not like PALEDIT, so I might have to get my Windows XP virtual OS going. I'm also thinking of changing up an enemy or two, namely the vagina monster, because as grotesque as it is, in retrospect it's a bit offputting.
Also, for anyone who wants to hear one of the songs, here is the new Battle Theme. A friend of mine took the original by Bena and did an MP3 version of it: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/22268473/Bloodlust%20Battle%20Theme.mp3

It works great in DOSBOX, if that's quicker/easier for you.
Super Walrus Land: Mouth Words Edition
CUSTOM now supports a new and much simpler palette format than the old one that PalEdit works with.
Go to "Edit General Game Data" and then go to "Master Palettes".
Pick "Export this palette"
A 16x16 pixel 24-bit BMP will be exported with one palette color in each pixel.
Then you can use any graphics program you want to change the colors of the pixels, and then you can re-import it.
