Make a post in the "Games" forum. Use the "Add an Attachment" section to manage uploads.

You must put the game file in a ZIP file in order to upload it.

Put them in ZIP files first. Preferably with the version of GAME.EXE that you're using (and it's probably a good idea to rename it to "[insert your game's name here].exe" first so you won't randomly overwrite other people's game.exe's, also.)

Other stuff you can/should include: the .dll files that come with the program (I think the three that you really need are sdl.dll, sdlmixer.dll, gfx_directx.dll), and if you want, a Readme type text file with information on the game.

Don't worry- I had no idea on this one either. Download the freeware ZIPPING programs, like Peazip, or whatever and it should be fairly self explanatory from there.
You can't fix stupidity.

All versions of Windows starting with Windows XP have built-in support for creating ZIP files. There is NO NEED to install a freeware zipping program.

1) Make a new folder
2) Put a copy of your .rpg file into the folder
3) Put a copy of game.exe into the folder, and rename it to have the same name as your rpg file (so if your game is quest.rpg you want to rename game.exe to quest.exe)
4) Put a copy of SDL.dll SDL_mixer.dll and gfx_directx.dll into the folder.
5) Put a copy of LICENSE-binary.txt into the folder
6) If you have a README.txt file, put a copy of it into the folder too.
7) Select everything in the folder (CTRL+A to select all)
8) Right-click on any of the selected files. A menu will pop up.
9) Pick "Send to"
10) Pick "Compressed (zipped) folder"
11) Type the name of the zip file (normally this should be the same as your game name)
