People I'm considering nominating for judges, and the reasons I'm considering, in no particular order:
Fuzeblu
- She will almost definitely give my game a positive rating.
- She's the one that inspired Aine, and is largely responsible for her design.
- We've been friends online for about four years.
(Even if she doesn't act as a judge, she's stated that she will still weigh in on her opinion of my game anyway; I haven't even discussed the idea of her being a judge for the contest with her yet.)
The Giz
- He's got a lot of experience with the engine.
- He seems pretty friendly in IRC,
- He's said "No Eat!" in IRC more than anyone else I can remember while going there.
Fenrir
- He has a lot of experience with the engine.
- He's a furry.
- He drew a sprite of Aine eating Tendo.
Spoonweaver
- He's eager to be a judge.
- He's got some experience with the engine.
- Selecting him as a judge will prevent him from uploading a submission without any ladies in it.
Surlaw
- He has a lot of experience with the engine.
- His response to
the comic where I first used the line is what convinced me to re-use it so much.
- Even if negative, his opinions will be thorough and entertaining.
Eggie
- He is, or was previously, a furry.
- I guess he's got some experience with the engine too.
Charbile
- He has experience with the engine.
- He's a furry.
- He's very friendly to me in IRC.
Shizuma
- Has so much experience with the engine that he made one of my favorite games.
- Friendly in IRC.
- I think the actual gameplay part of my game would be right up his alley, if a little on the easy side.
If you are not on this list and want to be, are on this list and don't want to be, think any of my reasons are bad, or want to make a case of why I should actually vote for you instead of someone else on this list
(whew!), make your case very soon - on this thread or in a PM to me.
Remeber: God made you special and he loves you very much. Bye!
