Yeah, "Nerfed bone meal" would have been a better description.
We are NOT amused. who in the world had any complaint about bonemeal?!
I honestly seem to use almost all I have as it is, now I'll starve to death, AGAIN. >_>
Eh, at least melons are still a reliable source of food....until they "improve" it into oblivion.

Don't you think killing two, maybe even three skeletons is worth it to get a single loaf of bread? I know whenever I'm setting up a farm, I always think to myself "Boy that was fun, I wish I could click the bonemeal 6 or 7 more times.". Seems like a well thought-out decision to me!
I...don't understand this. I mean, alright, two for saplings, fine. But 7 for crops? That's just ridiculous. I'm glad that I've (mostly) finished growing saplings for my current project.
One more reason to use chickens for food instead of crops. No wheat needed to reproduce, and they grow at a ridiculous rate once you have about 10 or 20. Just gotta keep throwing eggs. I just hate the noise they make...

But think of the massive gains of the new update! Redstone blocks and contraptions and Quartz! Think of all the traps we could make...all the nifty gadgets we could create! You could make a trap house, and have a prize at the end. You could even refill it using hoppers, so you can simply drop prizes in something on the surface, and it travel to the trap house reward chest underneath!
yeah, even dispensers using bonemeal! you only need to flick the lever 14 times to grow it! yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Skeletons are going to be more difficult to kill* in 1.5
EDIT: Oh, wait! You were being sarcastic, I just realized. Sorry!
I do like how quote boxes show up inside spoiler boxes though, so I'm keeping this here.

The fact that light can still burn through stair blocks and slabs is a great boon to me, I hope this never gets "fixed" by the devs.
Do you have a spare hour, or even half an hour? Want to see something weird? Generate a new Superflat world using the new "Waterworld" preset, and make sure that "Generate Structures" is ON. Make sure Creative or Cheats are turned on, too, or else you won't make it to the surface.
Now, fly, and look for a village! It'll stick out like a sore thumb because of the super tall air holes created by the houses. Dive down and behold the wonderment and bizarritude of a drowned city! Crops devastated by abundance of water and lack of sunlight! Smithies randomly having lava or obsidian! Underwater water wells with a one-block thick gap of air surrounding them! Zombies, skeletons, and creepers (and villagers
) floating to their doom every time they accidentally touch the water walls! Bats that just don't give a slime and flitter through the water like it was nothing!
I would love to find an underwater Stronghold, but have had no luck so far, and in fact the Eyes of Ender are un-usable. Maybe it's because of the build I'm using? (13w03a, also this is one reason I haven't been on the server lately)

What about the walled-city-with-no-walls-yet (Which I have named Wallachia) There are a bunch of houses there with no purpose yet, I am sure one of them would make a great Rotisserie, or you could build a new building there.
the Nether near Wallachia will also be a good place to gather quartz, because it has barely been explored (maybe even not explored at all?) therefore there will be very little pre-1.5 terrain lacking quartz.
