I just kept harvesting crops to fill chests with goodies and supplies, and then I got bored and so I went and worked on this.

Anyway, I'll probably be able to log in Sunday at some point and work on the walled city. Huzzah!
PS someone should bring a bit of obsidian so we can make an ender chest. I have the eyeball required, but only 5 obsidian.

Master K and Meowskivich set out on an adventure today and found some things!
First up is Master K's Arms Reach mountain, completely natural in form.
But between that and our walled city site, wherever it is, they found the Half-Sunken City!

Fred and I did a lot of stuff today with the mountain everything's been built up around. There's two floors hollowed out, one with lots of beds and stone brick pillars, and another with some really cool cobblestone pillars that are self-illuminating thanks to hidden torches inside them.
We'll be back online some time tomorrow, more than likely, but for the purpose of infiltrating the Starlight Stronghold (again) and taking its precious Bedrock. With the most sincere uncertainty in my voice, I say to you, "he's probably not going to use it for sinister purposes."

Feel free to donate iron to the mining cause. And some gold for powered rails. Better yet, just donate the powered rails to discourage freaks from stealing it for other causes.
I'll need iron ore(or ingots, whatever you wanna give) to dig the mine out, and, as stated above, I'll need gold for powered rails. Oh, I'll most likely use iron for some normal rails too.
I'd request that people don't pillage the loot of the mines while it's being dug out, but after it's been cut out and set up, you can feel free to take whatever you can find. Just remember it's meant for the city. (you can take whatever's in the chest in the entry way, though. It's dirt and cobbles mostly, and it's meant expressly for building.)

There are signs to this effect at the teleportation station, but it bears repeating here:
Anybody visiting the Walled Castle Building site should kindly refrain from creating any nether portals until after the 1.5 update is released.
The 1.5 update will add a nether ore called Nether Quartz, which can be crafted into beautiful quartz blocks for fancy construction. Our already-explored nether areas will not contain any of it, so we want to avoid exploring even a tiny bit of the Nether at this new building site.
If you need Nether ingredients before the 1.5 release, just head back through the teleporter, and use the Nether Portal in Creeperton or The Grey.
