That screen with the cavepeople walking on water?
The deep water is painful to look at, I'd recommend switching the really really bright blue with a darker tone. The shallow water looks fine.
Also I like how I just noticed this thread and you're already taking suggestions and making noticeable improvement. I like the new style of your portrait there.

The mountains look like something from Yoshi's Island with that coloring style. Nice pastels and such. It would be nice to see that style a bit more.

We like the redo of the trees as well and look forward to the game. Let us know as you get more done.

Everyone's feedback is helping a lot. I said in an earlier post about making the graphics just passable for now, but seeing the comments here made me change my mind. So thanks, everyone Smile

I fixed a couple things Baconlabs and Neospade suggested in the below screen.

Oh, and I redid the trees again.

Trees piss me off. Seems like they're the hardest thing to draw.



Working on attack graphics, too. Here's two generic fire and lightning spells.

The trees aren't bad. I'd recommend giving them more darkness on top -- right now, they just keep getting lighter. Not terrible, just slightly jarring.

I really like your attack graphics, though. Good work on those.
