Hey Hachi, I just heard about and watched your live playing of Tales 2. So I wanted to say a few things.
First off, thanks a million! If anyone hasn't watched their game being played like this, you really should! Plus, Hachi's pretty honest and pretty funny, and makes a pretty good commentator.
A couple notes (I realize this is a while ago for you now, but I'm hoping for maybe some feedback from others who played the game as well):
*The teacher in the first place who tells you your quest also tells you to take the ferry at the southeast end of town. I actually meant Ramabrooke to be completely skippable, and thus the treasure there was a kind of bonus.
*Also, I saw you went back to find the teacher and he was gone. He was teaching his class again, and if you talk to him he will remind you to use the ferry.
*You CAN arrange items by swapping with yourself. I should probably make that clearer somehow.
*The lecturers have an entire string of things to say, not just the first text box that they show. One of them in particular explains:
*Apono's attacks depend on the type of enemy. The wolf-pup attack is only strong against land-based enemies, and so on. I should put that in the readme though.
*The EscBall allows you to run from battle OR escape from a dungeon. It says so in the info; I can't believe you missed that!
That's all I can think of for the moment. I can feel the wall of text effect watching someone else play. I'll have to think on it. Thanks again! Oh, and I think I put it in the readme: the music is almost done (I refuse to rip music, it will all be original), and when it is it will all be added at once. I thought it would be weird to only have music in certain places.
I am Srime
