Behold, all I want is stated in the title already. This is part avant-garde social experimentation, and part morbid curiosity. I am a long time user of both the OHR, and of all the various forums and communities (some of you will already know me, and remember me from O:OHR), and I'm choosing to work anonymously.
The nature of this idea is experimental (as is the nature of the organizing, and my role in the project), but I want to develop a project that redefines what can be expected in gameplay, and seeks to blur the lines between the different multi-medias. It's multi-disciplinary.
I propose that I will work on the in-game dialog and text, and I will contribute to the art and compositions. What I seek thus, is:
Graphics artist - an experienced and keen pixilator, who is fearless and versatile.
Map Designer - someone with an eye for designing complex and unusual map designs
Plotscripter - an experienced plotscripter, prepared to code mostly mini-gameesque/puzzel and gameplay related scripts.
Engineer - Do you know how to put together a game using the OHR? Good, 'cause I sure as hell don't! I've been away from making games for too long.
People always bitch for not giving any details for what the game is about, so I guess I best give a brief heads up:
The ideas explored will be cognition, memory, identity, sanity, reality and paranoia. It'll probably not be so PG-13.
Don't be alarmed when I say "make my game for me", I'm not actually THAT lazy.
Thanks cuz,
G.W
Introducing the tier system. All maps in the game (except for special exceptions) will be playable in 3 forms. To progress through the game, the player will need to move between these 3 forms to combat certain monsters, or achieve certain tasks.
(I still desperately need help with contributors, especially graphics! Please help if you can.)
It looks more productive than it really is. I really do need help.
Let me elucidate on a few points:
Gameplay/Combat - In revision to my previous comment about battles and combat, there is combat. It will not use the built in OHR battle system however. Instead battles will be based on a combination of puzzles, items from your inventory, and environmental factors - it all takes place on the main maps, no need for battle graphics. There will be another note on combat in the following point.
Tier system - Nearly all of the areas of the game will have three forms: Upper, Middle and Under tiers. Each of the tiers is like the other, but with differences. In reference to the point above, some monsters may not exist, or behave the same way in all tiers. If you can seem to get past a monster on your current tier, think above changing tier. This can be achieved through using items, abilities or environmental factors.
Journal - Your journal is an important tool. It will help you keep track of important information relating to your quests and objectives.

I strongly doubt you'll get many people interested in helping you without a kickass demo. Everybody has their own ideas for a game, so why help someone else with theirs unless it's a real standout? Honestly, your ideas sound like they could be interesting, but it's impossible to tell without a demo.
This premise sounds really cool. I especially appreciate the really cosmic looking maps and creatures. The 3 tier aspect also has a lot of potential.
That being said, I agree with Camdog. You're going to have a heck of a time finding someone to help you. Why not just buckle down and make the thing yourself? Then you'll have full creative control and don't have to depend on anyone who may or may not pull their weight.
If there's some particular part that you are weak at (graphics, scripting, etc.) then scale back the scope of your idea to the level of work you can do. Just make the game and don't rationalize it too much.
