THE CAMPAIGN: Chapter 1-"The Dragons in the Desert"

Oh! There is Vire!... naked in the pool with an Orcess... And now he is running, dripping... back into the basket room?

The naked Orcess is protesting about something, and Echo and Kytana are talking back to her, Ehaism hears coins jingling as they drop. Ehaism gives up on pushing them ahead of him. Why should he bother?

Ehaism repeats, emphatically:



...And then sprints for where he suspects the back door will be, without bothering to check if anybody is following him. Assuming the templars haven't already circled the building, maybe there is still time for a clean getaway.

Echo, with great dignity and his head held high, breaks for the back door to escape the law, with an arrow in his chest.

Templars? Great.



Vire rushes to the rear exit, barely slowing to clothe himself.

You all rush toward the back exit of the pool room. The door is unlocked. Through this door is a hallway. The hallway has 3 doors on the right, 1 on the left and 1 straight ahead.

Sasha follows you, lagging behind. She's still nude.



Shouting can be heard coming from behind, giving Sasha a moment of pause, but she continues following you.

Ehaism checks the first door on the right

It's locked!
Sasha looks worried and stops following.

Vire closes and makes a quick attempt to lock the door behind them, then casts a silent Alarm on the area at the end of the hall before running to catch up with the others.

Ehaism makes one attempt to bust the door open with the weight his seven-foot-tall 250 pound frame, before moving on to the next door

Kytana smiles and winks at the preistess,then nods and says

Sasha is shut behind the door and the door is locked with a simple latch. She doesn't respond to your questioning.

The locked door doesn't open. So Ehaism moves on to the next one.

This one opens to reveal a room with 4 beds in it. The room also contains 4 chests, a dresser, a table and 2 chairs. It's halfway divided down the middle by a wall.

Kytana says

Ehaism doubts that he will fit inside one of the chests. He doesn't want to hide, he wants to run away.

Third door next!

Ehaism continues on, and opens the third door on the right. It opens to an alley way. You're outside. There are no Templars in sight ...yet.

Kytana lags behind, deciding whether or not to investigate the chests.

kytana decides to follow the rest of the party.
