The goblin's mind is in a panic. The big lizardman said to stay silent or die, but this man is saying to speak up. He decided to stay silent since the man didn't threaten death. If not for the lizardman he'd have no problem telling the people the great deeds of his master Krundel, and he had planned to single handledly defeat the red dragon he had tracked to this very cave.
Ehaism is actively trying to figure out how many dragons there are. His reasoning is flawed and there's no way he's right about some of what he's thinking.
Ribbon doesn't seem to give off thought, but instead the color green.
The rest of the party's surface thoughts seem to be out of reach at this time.

The goblin quickly begins his speech about his master, as if he had been thinking of it the whole time.
Then the goblin wiggles free from the lizardman's grasp and flees down the tunnel leading deeper into the cave.
The goblin seems to be holding a small vial now. God knows where he was hiding that thing. He drinks the contents as he flees and his speed seems to greatly increase.

Ehaism is angry that his new pet has squirmed away from him. He starts to give chase, but when the goblin accelerates, Ehaism gives up his chase. He can hear Lao say something about following, so Ehaism just waits where he is, and looks around.
