I'm finished.
Super Walrus Land: Mouth Words Edition
Great game/movie, Surlaw, but the camera seems off in most of the scenes. Might want to focus it more on the center of each room. You also had one typo.
Voice work was stellar, though. Salom reminded me of Rorschach from Watchmen. And I was trying to decide if Ronald was echoing the Joker or Hannibal Lechter. Great all around, though.

Where's the typo? I want to fix it but I don't have time to go through the whole script right now.
I have no idea what's going on with the camera. When you go to the Hotel scene through scene selection, the room's perfectly centered. If you just start from Play Movie, it's not.
Edit: It looks like this continues throughout. What the hell? I'll work on uploading a fixed version.
Edit 2: It was a missing "camera follows hero" command after a certain scene. When people told me the camera was off center, I thought they meant that it was off center, not "the action is happening entirely off screen and I can see NPCs that aren't supposed to be visible." Uploading fixed version now.

Oh my God. Weird!
But the flight part was great, even if all the shots always went to the middle. If you used this formula further, you'd have a REALLY fun game on your hands. I enjoyed this.

I agree with your middling comment. Right now, everything starts as a dot in the middle of the screen. If I did this again I'd have things appear more fanned out from the middle. I basically took a couple short cuts that ended up messing with the gameplay a little more then I would have liked.

Star Wohrs was what I was first going to call this game, but I changed it so that people would know that this was in fact a star wars game and not something completely different with a similar name.
Well, believe it or not folks, but today is the last day to enter the contest. We've got 2 entries so far, so let's hope some more people upload their games later one in the day.
I'm giving a lot of leeway when it comes to the final cut off time. I know a lot of you live in different time zones, so what might be midnight for you could be 3am for me. Just try to shoot for your own midnight, and you should be fine.

some thoughts on this game:
* I am going to hell for making this game.
* this game annoys even me.
* I ran out of time and didn't get any sound effects in. That is probably for the best.
* Newman!

In an effort to make my game the best it can be, I won't have mine online until tomorrow. I'm so close to being done, but there are still so many things I have to touch up. This is shaping up to be a great contest, from the entries I've played.
And you're totally not going to hell for that game, James. Haha. I would like to see sound clips in of quotes that you do finish though. And everytime you type wrong, it could go "Hello Jerry!". Hahaha. Good stuff.
Wait, what
Agh, I thought this was going to last a while longer. I haven't even touched my recording computer until today. Sorry RMZ!
I am just so ecstatic that you actually made this. It's such a strange, wonderful novelty to be able to brag about playing something like this.
The game itself, whew. I really need a checkpoint or something. How do I save?
