So I just got a new M-Audio MIDI Keyboard. Yay!
But I'm having trouble finding good software for it. The volume on Anvil Music Studio is very inconsistent, and I'm having a hell of a time getting the included software to work.
Are there any good recommendations for freeware MIDI Keyboard Input software, that I could use for music making?
WinJammer works very nicely. It's no longer commercially (or even sharewarely) available, but I have a copy that I could send.

Well, it took me a while to get used to it, but I love my MIDI keyboard in a nigh-sexual way right now. Ten minutes play and I made a better piece of music than anything yet, even without fixing the kinks and cleaning it up.
I've been known to find things awesome ten minutes after I make them and find them meh the next day, so I'll wait until tomorrow to clean it up, and post it Saturday. But I do think this is going to be dungeon music one day.
