Latest backend mp3 import goes bonkers

With the latest version of OHR, I've found that importing an mp3 causes the program to go bonkers like so ^

I'm running this on Windows 7, 3/22 standard backend.

Once an mp3 is imported, it cannot be deleted or overwritten, UNLESS a midi is first imported over it.
