Checking for enemy orientation

Is there any way to check if an enemy has had its picture reversed in combat before an attack is made? I thought it might be possible with tags, but looking further into I'm not sure how it would work.

Any idea or suggestions would be much appreciated.

When do enemy pictures ever get reversed in combat?

I thought there was a bitset that caused the enemy's picture to be flipped horizontally, kind of like a "confuse" effect in some games. I guess I was mistaking though.

You might be thinking of reversing the sprites of attacks.

Otherwise, you might want to take a look at the transmogrification bitset that attacks now have.

Regarding the transmogrification effect, it'd be really great if there were an option to change an enemy back to its original form.

Hm, expanding on Mogri's comment, it would be great if there were actually two options - one to revert to original, and one to 'go back one' in the list of transmogrifications. But I guess that that would mean that every single transmog in a battle would have to be recorded, and that might not be particularly feasible, as opposed to storing just the original form of a given enemy.
