Pokémon Megathread - Don't Matter If You're Black Or White

Pokemon I currently have too many of:

Rotom
Beldum
Charmander
Omanyte

and I still have a couple Adamant Larvitars.

I'm running out of room in my ranch for these little guys, so if anyone wants one, let's work out some trades!

Right now I'm looking for Black Sludge. I might end up finding it tonight in game, but I doubt it, since only Croagunk and Toxicroak HOLD IT in the wild, and are only found in the fucking great marsh. If you have one and want to give it to me for one of the above Pokemon, let me know.

If you have another offer that you think can entice me (fair warning: I've logged 300+ hours so far)

Also, battling? Battle Revolution, Shoddy, maybe some actual DS-game battling. I'm looking for some.

Can we trade over BR, or is it strictly for battling? I used to own a copy, but if we can, then it would definitely be worth it.

From what I recall though, all you can do is load your existing Pokemon into the Wii, I wasn't really sure if you could do anything with em past that.

PBR can't do trades, just battles. For trading, it will have to be on the DS.

I would love to have any or all of those.
Charmander especially, since I have basically no Fire-types.

If you get non-Sinnoh before getting the National Dex, it just adds it on at the end, right?
But the only problem is whether I'll have anything to offer. (hell, i've all but given up on finding a croagunk, but could be i'll try again and it'll just happen by chance to have what you're looking for)

Just let me know what you're willing to let go of. Honestly at this point I'm really just looking to get rid of these guys, they don't go fast enough on the GTS in most cases, so I'm pretty tempted to say just catch 6 bidoofs or whatever and I'll give them to you. I think I can add a couple adamant Shroomish to that list from last night's breeding excursion.

I don't know how it adds non-Sinnoh pokemon to the dex, but I do know that unlike in FR/LG, non-Sinnoh Pokemon can evolve before you get the National Dex.

I'm going to give the Black Sludge hunt another go with compoundeyes butterfree at the lead of my team. Hopefully field abilities still take effect in the safari zone.

When's a good time for you? I could bring my DS with me to the coffee shop tomorrow, anytime between 1p and 9p EST, prolly about 3-5 or so.

i'll at least give croagunk hunting a try, i'd feel bad having nothing to offer
i also totally have all these trade-evolvers but i don't want to ask too much

Don't bother, I just got one. Don't feel like you have to do anything for me, like I said I have a TON of these things.

Also, I was wrong, forgot I work till 3:30 tomorrow, so it'll be more like 4-6.

I don't work till 4p Saturday (it was supposed to be off and i was supposed to see Batman, but i need the hours so i'm not gonna complain), but anytime I'd be over at the coffee shop would be AM on the West Coast if that works.
I won't know about Sunday till tomorrow, but I usually have them off. Coffee shop's closed Sunday (yay bible belt!) but the donut shop's open till 3p.

but in all honesty the donut shop doesn't turn off their router when they close so might be able to work something out anyway

Things could be so much easier if I had $40 extra dollars every month to get internet set up in my apartment.

Had to get a new place before I was financially ready to move. Now I'm even less ready and attached to a one-year lease.

Also, my plans for tonight fell through, and since it's unreasonable to expect Fortis to get straight online when he gets back from work, I'm gonna make sure I can still connect my DS in front of the donut shop. Try for 5-6 PST or so tonight?

That might work, I'll see how much time I have, I've got to run a few errands. Saturday or Sunday would probably be best.

Okay, so tomorrow's good as long as we're done by 11a your time, and Sunday's good any time you wanna name. Figure AIM'd be the best way to synchronize, since I have no idea how friend connections work in-game as far as communication goes, but I assume they're pretty lax. (only online stuff i've done so far are a few GTS trades)

Shoot for Sunday. We'll AIM it up.
