its because of all the final fantasy tatics tournament thats going on. maybe after all the fun there will be more posts for the pokemon thread. im not really sure honestly. maybe you should get into the action. also, pre fortis post the last post was on the 16th.

HEY GUYS LET'S TALK ABOUT POKEMON

SO, the battle hall. You can only use one species, but use as many of that species as you want to. I use two Electivires for this.

EDISON - Adamant @ Expert Belt
252 ATK/252 Spe/4 HP
- Ice Punch
- Thunderpunch
- Earthquake
- Cross Chop

TESLA - Modest @ Expert Belt
252 SP.ATK/252 Spe/4 HP
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power Grass*
- Signal Beam

* Here's the thing about Tesla. I was dicking around in Pokesav (don't start. no one has illegal stats, I promise) and ended up with two Edisons by accident. So I changed one of them into Tesla! Signal Beam is legal as of Platinum thanks to move tutors, and since I could, I kerjiggered his IVs to get HP Grass.

It doesn't matter, cause these two guys do great until...

I used to play Shoddy Battle with a UU team. As annoying as it is being defeated by an easy bake oven ever so often, my Shedinja based team usually pulls me through. I've named him the Spanish Inquisition, as no one has been able to predict him.

Once people have fought me once, though, my secret weapon doesn't work any longer. That, and spike roaring people - it's not common any more, but when it happens...

So uh hey Toys 'R' Us is giving away a level 100 Arceus until the 15th. As with Regigigas back in June or whatever, this applies to D/P/P, and he is level 100, which is lame.

Also like the Regigigas, this Arceus is very likely 'redeemable' for a level 1 Dialga, Palkia, or Giratina from Cynthia in HeartGold and SoulSilver (yes, I know that sounds insane. No, I am not making this up), but only this particular one.

Anyway I got two (one Pearl, one Platinum) and just redeemed my first one. Thinking about it now I'm not sure WHY I'd need two but whatever I guess.

Never noticed Slimesalad had its fair share of Pokemon Trainers.

I go by the same name on Shoddy(with the underscore instead of the space), if anybody's interested, but I haven't been active in the past few months, sooo.. meh..

As for DPPt, I don't have my cart at the moment.

Just got into Shoddy. Some monster took the name "Momoka", so I'm "Chiponyasu", my old old name.

I....really suck.

We could have a tournament....and I'd lose.

Hey, hey, maybe I should organize a Shoddy tournament for us slimes(maybe castleparadox too, if they're interested) at some time(maybe during December)

If anybody's interested, I might try to patch some rules together, and I'll make a topic for it. However, I won't be doing the schedule since I live in a different time zone. I'll leave that to someone else.
