If you're using Firefox, it will detect the RSS feed on your arena page. (Presumably, other browsers will do this as well.)

Replace "2" with your user id (4, in your case).

Or click on the RSS icon when you're visiting your arena page. I double-checked and IE offers this as well.

(edit) I'll also add a link to the feed on the page.
