Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Heh, suppose I could've worded that better.

When playing Melee, I always felt that Fox and Falco seemed identical and could be played interchangeably without too many noticeable changes.

What I wanted to mean was was that the three characters don't seem to be identical.

I'll be playing with him more than likely. I was better with Fox in the first smash bros (he received a speed increase in Melee it seems), and Wolf seems to play somewhat more like the original Fox did. Fox is great for simply out-lasting your opponents through dodging, although Link had a built-in cheapness in Melee (just stand still and his shield simply deflects most projectiles)!

Did anyone feel the urge to yell "do a barrel roll" when seeing Wolf's Final Smash?

Dr.Mario was a joke. He was just a slower, slightly more powerful version of Mario.

Dr. Mario was great! As annoying as the fox laser was, the Dr Mario pills were even better. They just made you feel dumb when you got hit by them, and really angry when you had to keep taking them. I liked using Dr. Mario.

And regarding that big picture with everyone, the best part about it is definitely that Luigi looks like he wants to run away. Or maybe that if you look at Yoshi exclusively his snout looks rediculous.

I just never really used Dr.Mario, and I was pretty sure he was slower and stronger, but hey, I didn't use him a lot, so if I'm wrong, I'll admit it. Ha.

Aside from throwing in Wolf, the game has a very good diverse list of fighters that will be a blast to play as.

Dr. Mario should have been an alt costume and nothing more. As awesome as Brawl looks, I really feel like they lazed out on simple things like that. Why isn't there a Dr. Mario costume instead of these random colors? Why not Link wearing masks from MM? A Boshi costume (OK, technically Square might still own Boshi, but still)?

Yeah, Doctor Mario would be best done as an alternate costume for Mario. Heck, Falco could probably have been handled as an alternate costume for Fox.

I loved using Doctor Mario's pills; not so much for their power as for their appearance and sound.


Anyone else here think Luigi's fireballs were a joke?

Dr. Mario being, gone, while painful for fans (and even *I* think it would have been nice to have him just to have a version of Mario without FLUDD), isn't a big deal, especially because we got Ness. Remember when Ness was endangered of not being in the game?

I am happy with what I have.
